She did Handsigns and looked just likeitachi but in girl form.She was trying out her transformation jutsu when she transformed into itachi.She turned back to normall and passout out and fell backwards out of the tree from to much chakra loss from doing the transformation jutsu.

Sasuke changed into his anbu clothes and did a summoning jutsu and summoned Kitsunes to heal and take care of Dani and left a letter/note for her then he left.
