Kira and Maralah shrugged. "You shouldn't have to eat what you don't like." Kira said, taking a bite out of her trout. She had never been a big fan of being forced to eat things she didn't like and neither was her mother. They personally didn't like green peas and such.

"Ok!" He went back to enjoying his fish. It really was very good. At the same time it made him miss his mom's fish though. Maybe when they found them his mom could help Maralah and Kira cook!

She smiled and continued to eat, making sure to chew with her mouth closed, unlike the three boys who were scarfing food down as fast as they could. She rolled her eyes at them. She knew tracking hadn't been THAT hard today.

Toshi was polite enough to use his manners while in someones home and took time to savor the food he was eating. it would be a long time before he got another meal like this.
Haiiro was going between happily eating his meal (but with surprising manners as well) and staring at the three boys. They must hav ebeen really hungry... he wasn't even sure if they tasted the food they were... inhaling?

Monty shot the trio a glare. "Slow down, it's not going to run away from you. It's an insult to Kira to eat so quickly." he said. They immediately slowed down and started eating like proper beings.
Kira would have glared at him had she not been grateful that the three stopped spraying food all over the entire table.

::through all of this, Thena had stayed politely quiet, eating with near perfect manners, and avoiding the fish. she hoped no one would notice she didn't touch the meat, but, unlike her father, she had never developed a taste for the flesh of ther animals... plants were far more than enough for her, and the food set before her now was wonderful. she had no doubt that one good night of rest and she would be ready to continue on her way in the morning::

The wolves covered their ears again. "What is it with this horse child? Geez, she's giving me a headache." one of the others commented. Zeke sighed and shrugged. "I have no clue but if she doesn't quit we may have to slit her throat."

They jerked back on the net, causing her to fall. Zeke pulled the sword from one of the other's belts and held it to her throat. "Stop your fussing or I'll end it right here."

Haiiro had eaten his fill and was now stuffed.. ok so he ate too much but he always did that! Stomachaches were normal! He yawned a bit.. the days events catching up with him. Had it only been a day? Wait... not even a day! He wondered if the rest of those guys were staying the night as well. All he needed was a confortable blanket.. he could sleep on the floor with no problem.. it was good to be a cat!
