When Wanda finally found Pietro and Sasha, they were in a big panic state. Sasha was in labor and no one seemed to know what to do. She raised an eyebrow, pressed on the nearby intercom and said: "Is there a doctor in the building? Because I think someone here is having her baby."

Freya couldn't help but laugh. Wanda's message was so funny with her steady voice while everyone was screaming in the background. She decided to stop following Logan and Kylia for now since she seemed to be disturbing their little reunion. So she left to help Sasha, hoping her absence won't be noticed.

Logan did was Emma told me but noticed all too soon Freya's disappearance. He frowned but decided to go after her later. He knew she wouldn't go too far from him...

OOC: Logan confusion. That's my bad. I told Reaver he was done being used. The guy is under such high demand these days.

IC:

"Ah, the downside of having self healing," Penance sighed as a joke, "It takes fifteen jack and cokes in rapid succession to enjoy them properly."

Jacen nudged her, "Let me cry you a river."

"Of course I'll join you. Would you mind if I invited my other better half and her boyfriend? I'd like to get caught up with her too and all."

Beast quickly made a hole in the small army of on-lookers that had gathered around the seemingly impossible birth, and snarled with just a hint of the animal that he always held check deep inside. "Anyone who's neither family nor a liscened doctor (and just in case you're wondering, I'm the only one here who's the latter), please get out and give us some room. This isn't a movie night!"

Pietro and Sonya remained in the room, along with Wanda, who Beast probably kept there just in case he needed some kind of miracle to make this work. Still though, this wasn't good. His first thoughts were held strictly within the confines of conventional medicine. Unfortunately, this was a grim reality... any baby born this early would most certainly die. For now, he wasn't going to say that aloud, as it also meant Sasha's life was in danger as well.

Of course, for all he knew, this could be something entirely new. He had been hearing some truly strange things in some of the mutant medical boards on the internet. There was a girl with fly powers who gave birth within days after conception, as well as those two Morlockswho gave birth to a being of pure psionic energy, and as a result didn't even know they were pregnant until a rather odd light display began to form in a most embarassing place.

Honestly, he wasn't quite sure what was worse, and was afraid to let anyone know just how out of his league this all was. He looked up at Pietro and Sasha, and smiled... trying to be comforting, at least for now.

IC:

"Of course that's fine," Jacen said while Penance helped herself to more food than she probably could eat... actually no, Penance had an appetite fit for an army itself. She would eat it without a doubt.

"I almost forgot..." She said giving herself enough time to breathe in between bites, "How good this was... If ever there was a life away from the X-Men, I think your gift is food."

"I thought we tried that gig already," He sat down across from her at the table. Penance couldn't help but stretch her feet across and rest them on his lap. Things were back to the comfort level they had been before Jade.

She shook her head, "I don't think doing odd jobs across the farm land of america to experience the land really counts. But it was fun. I'd head on the road again in a heart beat..." She reconsidered what she meant, "If the timing was right."

"You're sounding ansy again," He noted and she finished the burger she was eating to move onto another.

Penance shrugged and tilted her head, "I never got to finish my soul searching time. It was rudely interrupted. Don't get me wrong, I'm not going anywhere. But I don't know that I am ready for the superhero thing again. We'll see. Gotta give me time. I'm still kind of bitter over the whole betrayal of Forge, being shot in the back, left for dead thing... for me that wasn't too long ago."

"Easy tiger. You don't have to plan out your life today."

"I know," Penance leaned back and picked up the phone on the wall, "All money goes to betting she's in Porter's office... and I'm right.... Hey, Porter, we're going down to Harry's tonight with Logan... you guys game?"

She turned back to Jacen and grinned, "I hope we won't be intruding. I can always sit at another table and pretend like we don't know you guys."

Beast had Sonya and Wanda help Sasha change into a gown while he talked to Pietro. "So, young man, would you like to receive the baby, or support Sasha's hand grip?"

Pietro thought. He was leaning toward the hand grip, but remembering Sasha's strength, and him not having his powers, he replied "I'll catch the little guy."

Beast couldn't help but roll his eyes. While Pietro was putting on a shirt and gloves, Beast walked Sasha through breathing exercizes. Sonya got a cold cloth and she and Wanda stood on either side of Sasha, each holding a hand. "Oh my gosh..." groaned Sasha, as she could feel the fast contractions.

"Ok Sasha, remember how I told you to breathe," said Beast. She breathed in and out like he showed her. "Now... strange as it may see... push..." he said, surprised still to see things going so fast.

As time past, even Wanda started to feel a bit worried and excited. However, she felt out of place. Unlike her brother and Sasha, Wanda noticed the little hints of worried of Hank McCoy. Things were not looking good and she couldn't thought what else could go wrong now...

"Wow! What a party you have here!"

Wanda blinked. "Freya do you MIND?!"

"Oh please," said the blond with ease. "It's just a birth. Besides, Logan is too busy flirting---

"Will you PLEASE stop talking about your love life? We are having a crisis here!"

Freya danced around the table before sitting next to Wanda. "I'm not interested at him that way. Oh! Watch out, doctor! I think the baby is on its way. Keep going to good work, Sasha. Don't worry! If anything goes wrong, I'll think of something so you won't die." When she saw everyone glaring at her she covered her mouth with both hands. "Sorry..." she managed to say.
