If there are fairies there, they don't seem to be bothered by us. I try to do nice things every now and then for them. Like, a bunch of those helicopter-type seeds feel in our lawn, so I put them in the ring, thinking they might want to play with them. I might do something more serious later.

I have to admit- they're appealing (enchanting, even^_~) in many ways, but between most fairy species and myself there seems to be something of a personality conflict.

Fairies like to play "hide and seek," where they will "borrow" small- but needed- items and hide them to watch the human stomp around turning things upside down in order to find them.

There's really no better way to piss me off than to hide my stuff. Fortunately for me, Arcane can usually locate items before I fly too far into a rage- regardless of whether or not the fey might be involved.^_~

At times I became almost vindictive in my dislike for the fey, but eventually I came to realize that I was overdoing it.

It still bugs me when people talk about fairies like they're all cute and happy, innocent childlike spirits.^_^' They're not- many fey creatures are rather dark and malicious, actually, or completely indifferent to anyone else's continued health and welfare; anyone working with the fey should definitely look into their history and be forewarned.
