• Fuuton: Shinkuutai Naihatsu (Wind Element: Air Pocket Bursts)
Description: Focusing on the air around them, the user is capable of causing parts of the wind to “burst” suddenly, causing anything nearby to be knocked aside. The burst does not do any damage however, and its primary purpose is to interrupt and leave the enemy open for further attacks. Kegan Kaguya grew up in the Village Hidden in The Clouds, Kumogatagakure. It was peaceful for him growing up, he had found out his clan was a semi famous clan. They were considered strong fighters and even stronger defenders. He had graduated the acadamy at the age of 14, he was held back for his parents didn't put him into the acadamy late. When he graduated he was considered an outcast and wasn't very popular. Kids were to afraid of him and adults didn't really care. His parents were the work-aholic types to. He never really had much social interaction and very rarely talked to people so his voice was very stern and quite. Still now he very rarely will talk, only when he needs to other wise he keeps quite.

Bio:
He was born in the outskirts of sakyuugakure in a small manor that had been in the Malika family for generations. From Birth he was trained not to trust anyone. By the age of four his father had started his Training by a family Trainer on the finer points of ninjutsu and taijutsu. When he turned twelve years old his father sent him away to the sand village to become a full fledged ninja. The last words his father said to him were "don't come back unless your a great ninja or your dead." Two days after Lougen became a Genin he got word that his entire family had been slaughtered and his family estate robbed. That was three months ago and lougens Heart has hardened.
