hmmm... obviously has something to do with FFVIII, since Quistis needs certain items for her blue magic... i think i gotta go with the Power Generator, since, if i remember correctly, when used with T-Mag Ref, it provides 100 Thundaga's, but also teaches Quistis the Blue Magic, Ray-Bomb...
