Did you get it from little Lichtenstein?

(Hey has anyone actually really claimed France yet? I know there were tekteks earlier in the thread, but I'm not sure if anyone is actually planning on doing him. If not I'm planning on it, but I don't wanna step on anyone's toes...)

So so, should I make Liet? Because I won't have more than three, so if I make another one it'll be the last XD It's either that or I make the Prussia everyone wants. So I can be evil or not evil. But I know almost nothing about Prussia XD

Actually, most of her clothes are hand-me-downs from me....aside from evening wear.
