"Hello Okaa-sama," Mizu greeted with a smile. "This is Aire-chan, the new maid. I hope she'll become a maiko soon. Maybe we'll even share the same Onee-sama, though perhaps Onee-sama will find four or more maiko to be...a strain?" Mizu's face was the picture of concern as she glanced from the Okaa-sama of the okiya to Aire. "I'm sure things will be fine..."

Umemi shook her head "no four of course will be fine though before we commence in taking in other girls we need to be sure that we can accomodate them" she smiled 'I don't mind if she shares the Onee-sama with you Mizu, you seem to have taken to Aire-chan" she said kindly.

((That's ok, Mizu, totally understandable. As for the girls, I believe most will be under Serena's wing, being the geisha around here most often lol))

Mizu blushed at her Okaa-sama's comment. "Ano...I think Aire-chan will be a fine friend...if she doesn't mind," she said softly, glancing to the maid again. "But I am certainly glad that you don't mind Onee-sama taking so many maiko Okaa-sama."

[I apologize beforehand for any slowness... it's finals week...]
Mizu led around a very curious, very attentive Aire. The comments about the garden grabber her, but the ones about the stage fright made her smile a bit. "I'll remember this, Mizu. Hopefully, I won't need it."
It wasn't long at all until she came... the one that Aire was looking out for, and trying her hardest not to offend. Ah, she should have more confidence! She greeted the woman with a bow. "Okaa-sama... it's my pleasure to meet you. My name is Aire Lais, and I know that being here under your direction will-- I'll be--"
Confidence!
"...What I mean is, that I won't embarass you, Okaa-sama." Yes, yes... that will work nicely.

Mizu glanced over at Aire-chan with a smile. She could tell that Aire was already quite a skilled maid, and would soon be a maiko. It was obvious Aire would need little to no babying at all, and that she would be a very studious maiko when she reached that point.
((so many maiko...hopefully someone gets to be a geisha soon or Dea-san's going to have ten to fifteen or more maiko!))

((Yeah... I know! It's gunna be hard though because we don't have many patrons. And we all need to be requested 4 times... I think... I really wanna be a geisha and take a load off everyone's shoulder too.))

She smiled back to Mizu. "I believe that I will be very happy here. Would it be alright to put my things down now? I would like a moment of rest before I began to take on duties, if it's possible."
Truth be told, she wasn't from around these here parts. That's why she was so worried about offenses and the like. But she seemed to be doing just fine, and seeing this boosted her confidence. However, she still needed to be sure that maids were even able to request a bit of rest or anything like that. While she was sure that this wasn't a work-you-to-the-bone kind of place, she expected to have to show her worth, and she was indeed ready to do so.
After, of course, a moment of rest.

Mizu motioned the other girl over to a bench amid the elegant Japanese tea-garden that began at the edge of the rose-bush lane and sakura trees. "Why don't we sit down a second before going back? Put down your things a while..." Smiling at the other girl, she sat, motioning for Aire to sit beside her.
The two relaxed a short while before heading back to the okiya. Mizu pointed out the layout of the main building, from the maiko and maid quarters downstairs, as well as the entertaining rooms, the tea room, the dining room, Okaa-sama's office, and the kitchen, and the geisha sleeping quarters upstairs, plus Okaa-sama's bedroom. Then, leaving Aire-chan in the maid quarters, she departed with a smile to find her Onee-sama.
((I really hope I can be a geisha soon...*anticipation for the day*))

(( sorry about not posting for a long time,very busy sweatdrop ))
Rune ran inside and looked around for anyone in need of help around the okiya.She twirled her fingers as she walked around the okiya,she saw new members as she walked by "hmm,looks as if we have new maids" She said looking at them and smiling cheerfully.
