With the higher-ups' permissions, I'd like to begin Mikazuki's RPC concept training either in Kidou, Intermediate Shunpo or Hand-to-Hand combat.

This may be a long post, but I suggest that everyone who stumbles upon it read it. What I wrote here is common sense and is also stated in the Guild Rules. But many of you seem to have trouble grasping these concepts, so I'll lay them out for you, with the intend to clear any doubts.
The guild standards on shumpo is to restrict it to few RPers. Therefore a joint lesson in shumpo will not be happening. The reason for this is that shumpo can easily be used as a Godmoding resource. Trying to prevent this, we limit the number of RPers that can use it, to the ones we know for sure won't be using it to resort to Godmod. Furthermore, you don't actually need shumpo to RP. Take me for example, I have Bankai, I have shumpo, and I rarely use them in battle - as a matter of fact I've never actually got to the point were I needed to use my bankai and I solely use shumpo as theatrics, and not as a means to escape an attack or make one.
RP is RP. You use what you have. You don't become a more skilled RPer just by having more abbilities from which to chose. Think a little, that's why I made the first round of the tournament the way I did. Everyone was only able to use the most basic of abbilities, that you gain upon joining the Guild. Even so, you were able to provide everyone with exciting and interesting matches!
Of course that I agree that having more powers is also more fun. But that's another subject altogether. And this actually only advocates the fact of further delaying the enabling of such powers. If everyone received their ultimate skills at an earlier time, what would be left to aim for? This way, you can strive for things as shikai, bankai, shumpo, kidous, etc. and still keep interested in the guild and in your RPCs. Also, this is a RPing Guild, and not a fighting game. There's much more to RP than simply gaining powers and using them in battles. There's the character develpoment. And that's - at least to me it is - the most interesting and enjoyable side to RP. Backgrounds, past histories and events, love interests, friendships, hatred, in sum RPing as another person altogether (a second life) is the wonder of RPing!!!
This is directly answering Gale, but it serves to everyone else. The only permission you'll need - for whatever - is from me, as long as you remain in my Squad. No matter what the nature of the training is, if it's meant to gain a new skill or improve an existing one, you'll always need to ask me first.
So Gale, PM me with the nature of your training, and we shall discuss it.

I agree 100%, not only do I have not the choice, well I do but I am not going down that road. If you are into the Manga, or even the Anime, you will see that only high level Shinigami have shunpo. Now the Stealth Force have shunpo, but they are required to for their special missions. Anyway, few others know shunpo outside the seated classes. Rukia Kuchiki knows shunpo, but she is also seated level.
In any case I do really like shunpo, because it makes it twice as hard to use it with a reasonable excuse in a fight. But as far as the rules go only Captain and VC have the ability to use shunpo, as Mock-Sensei said. However, if you notice the people who have these skills: Bankai and Shunpo, you will notice that most of them use these vary little. Partly because they can take on most guild members with just a shikai, but also there is no fun using Bankai. Why? Well, put yourself in their shoes (Captains): You are fighting a subordinate and you use your bankai. There is no way that liltlle squad member could contiue to fight against a bankai, especially if they 1) have no Shikai and 2) Just learned it. The bottom line is that its just no fun, unless you fight with someone of the same level.
As for me I am content with going one step at a time. That is why this guild rocks. Because while you are waiting to go one step further you spend your time mastering the skills you have now. I am thinking of a small PRP plot for us so that things get more interesting around here. I am going to run it by the Captain before I do anything else ^_^

Run it then!!! Btw, next Monday I'll have my last exam!!! - for a couple of months sweatdrop - So it's almost time to celebrate!!!!! whee
Anyways, when I said I've never used bankai, I was including Espadas and other Captains... And yeah, I've never lost a match, yet... - a couple of draws though, I suppose.
It kind of bothers me though... I wanted to use it once (bankai), because I wanted to see how someone else would hold up against it.
And Shizou, why aren't you and Amatsu posting on the training grounds anymore???

I've already taken a good bit of damage, and as you said that cut from the dark slash is constantly bleeding... so i'm constantly losing blood. As of right now i'm in mid-air basically, haven't really read over your post, but I know you blocked my attack, but if you attacked I basically have no way to avoid it. Your attack's can over power mine, but I can negate it as much as possible. I've used quite a lot of my power... so... sigh...
Being a tank is so hard -_-

Just forfeit the match then. It's not a fight to the death, and I'm not a berserker. I won't kill you.
Besides, you two are holding up against a Captain. You've held up for a long time already!!! - though I wasn't going all out yet... xp
Oh and Mashiro, sorreh! sweatdrop I was so focused on my studies that I forgot your training. I'm going to post now! Thanks for reminding me.

Does that mean I shouldn't strive for it?

I think not...
Its hard enough with the restriction of being a unseated -_-
...But I guess its to be expected... me not being able to make you unleash his Bankai.
