Kai nodded and disappeared into the forest with Kanna. He laid her down on some grass in a field and made a potion. He pored it down her throat. It didn't help much though. Kanna's powers were taking care of all her injuries, except for her left arm, which was still black and useless.

The consul declared, "We are victorious!" The consul looked at Nikolai's body, "Have him honored and buried in the most sacred place you can find." The consul looked at all of the dead bodies, "Soldiers chop off the heads of the dead crusaders so they don't become ghouls."

After a few hours, Kanna woke up. She stayed still for a moment, then all her memeories from before flooded back into her head. She sat up as quickly as she could.
Kai was there watching her. He stayed silent.
Kanna had tears in her eyes again. "Why.....Why did you kill Sparda?!" Kanna looked at Kai.
"He had possessed you Kanna." He said.
Kanna's eyes were still a very dark, but beautiful blue. "You think he possessed me? I followed him on my own accord Kai." She stood up and started to walk east. Kai stopped her. "Kanna. Come this way." He said and lead her to the Holy Order.
Kanna wore an expressionless face. Something about the people seemed wrong, though she didn't know exactly what.

The consul saw Kanna and Kai come over and he asked, "So the Holy Order won't attack vampires that serve you and you don't attack The Holy Order..... deal?"

Kanna stared at the man. "Very well. But if a vampire does attack without my orders, let me handle it." kanna said with an expressionless voice.
