I am Goatie The Kid.
I'm obsessed with Silent Hill.
Silent Hill 2 is my favorite.
I've played them all countless times and I own them all.
I have all the soundtracks.
I have shirts, posters, etc.

I live and breathe it D:
I'm currently trying to work on a fanfic, but I have a serious case of the Writer's Block, so if any of you guys have an idea, feel free to let me know. I'll try my best to work with anything! heart

Hello there! I really like 2 myself, but I favor 3 just because I really like how they molded the character of Heather. Anyway, it's nice to see some fans that are just as obsessed as me. (though I lack shirts and posters. o3o)

As far as helping with writers block all I could say is to pick up a book. Reading helps put words in your head and gets ideas flowing. (for me anyway) Sometimes I like to read H.P. Lovecrafts stuff if I'm going for creepy ideas: You can read some of his works here.

Welcome to the guild again! Looking forward to reading your finished fic. o3o

Hi, my name is Brook & I'm a huge fan of the Silent Hill games/movie (obviously). I've played through almost all of them & am currently playing through Silent Hill: Homecoming on the Xbox 360. Might be my favorite one so far, though it's hard to pick just one. <3 Hopefully this guild is still active, I'd love to chat to fellow SH fans.

Hello I'm NeoRhythm! I've become a fan of Silent Hill fairly recently. I've liked scary video games for a while but I had always been kind of afraid to try Silent Hill. During Christmas I was at a gaming shop and I saw SH2 sitting there... taunting me. So I decided to buy it and give it a try. After I played Silent Hill 2 I fell in love with the series. whee Since then I finished Silent Hill 2 and started playing Silent Hill 1. I've also been talking with some friends about the other games in the series. I plan on playing through all of them. xd I'm glad to be apart of the guild!

I'm Frantic.
And I became a fan of SH last year around May.
I'm obsessed with it, pretty much.
I don't have all of the systems to play different games and stuff, but I've played SH2, 3, 4 and 7. Then I've watched walkthroughs and read things about all of them.
I just... LOVE IT. It's so amazing.
I've seen the movie 11 times. XD
I don't have any merchandise though, mostly because it's hard to find it and I don't have the money anyway.
But I'd love to have posters and shirts and stuff.
But yeah...I love every thing about Silent Hill. All the games (except Origins, LOL), the monsters, the characters, EVERY THING~

I'm Yaku. I'm male, so please don't refer to me as a female.
I've been a fan of Silent Hill since around '07.
I own SH 3, 4, Origins, Homecoming and The Experience.
My favorite game is Silent Hill Homecoming and my favorite characters are Josh and Alex Shepherd, my favorite boss is Scarlett and my favorite common monster is the Closer.
I've seen the movie, but in my opinion, the games are much better.
I don't own any merchandise, unless the UMD with the comics count.
Although, I'd like to have a necklace with a pendant of the Halo of the Sun.

I'm Amber. I've been on Gaia since '04 and I've been playing SH for about 10 years now, and I've beaten ALL of them countless times. Yes, even the cell phone ones. xp I have achieved any and all endings in the games, as well as perfect rankings.
I collect SH merch. I have everything from action figures to jewelery.
My fav SH games has to be 3....altho honestly, 4 scared me the most. Just the thought of being trapped in my apartment...with Walter's creepy self "always watching me" gives my the chills.
I'm so glad to be here. Thanks!

Terribly sorry about missing so many new faces! I have been so busy getting things ready for graduation! But enough excuses, I do formally welcome all of the new-comers to this wonderful guild biggrin I suppose this goes back to better late than never (which in most Silent Hill games can be applied quite nicely!).

Hello, there~ Name's Pray4Answer, but I usually go by Blue.

I got into Silent Hill a long time ago, when I was 13, by way of playing a demo for Silent Hill 4 off a disk my friend gave me. I was never terrified, only...intrigued. Lost, you might say. I was, and still am, completely fascinated by the concept of Silent Hill, and all that it entails.

To date, I own and have played every game except for 1 and 0rigins (or whatever they ended up calling it; the one starring Travis Grady)
My favorite title is the 2nd game, more so than any of the others because of one thing: Atmosphere. No other game in the series, in my opinion, can capture, produce and invoke such raw emotion, not only for the characters and their own individual stories, but of the town itself, and what it represents. I can't count how many times I've played and completed it, if nothing else than for the sheer joy it brings me to see those hallowed, empty streets...

Sorry, I get carried away~ Anyway, I'm 19 and live in PA. I work two part-time jobs, and, as a major bonus for me, I live a block away from a volunteer fire department, so whenever there is an emergency, an extremely loud siren blares all across town. I'm sure you all can understand how much I enjoy it xP

Hey Pray4Answer! I first discovered Silent Hill when I was in 5th grade, so I guess when I was... 10-11? At any rate, like you, It was a demo disc for Silent Hill 4. I loved it, it was my first chilling experience with a horror game (well, other than the butler from one of the tomb raider games... always sounded like a zombie to me and creeped the heck out of me the way he shuffled around)

At any rate, Silent Hill 4 did end up becoming my all time favorite Silent Hill game, and I've posted in several different topics on here why that is. Next to that, however, is the runner up of Silent Hill 2. I completely agree with you that Silent Hill 2 does an awesome job of capturing all the emotions and representation of what the game truly means.

I have the exact same experience with sirens, because I have a school just down the street from me twisted And yes, it is very enjoyable! Especially when it goes off during a really bad storm... the way the wind blows everything so violently, you'd almost expect to see paint and color peel off of everything and reveal its true bloody and rusty Otherworld self. (And yes they did end up calling it Origins).

I'll be 19 in September, and since you live in Pennsylvania (hopefully spelled right), I gotta ask... Have you ever visited Centralia?

Ahh yes, I often find myself closing my eyes whenever I hear our towns' many sirens go off, hoping that once I open them, I'll be in a foggy, uninhabited version of my town xD So far, hasn't worked.

And no, I haven't, nor have I heard of it before, haha. My family and I moved up here from Arizona about two years ago, and we haven't ventured too far around yet.

Hello.
My name is MyManThinksImmaPrincess. (<- Which my fiance complained I didn't put Knows. BOO! lol)
I've loved Silent Hill for about five years. Although I love it I am really poor so I only own the movie... sad Sad? I think so!
Although I do not own much of it I am setting a goal towards getting all of them so I can game nerd out on them.
To any who this concerns, thank you for reading! smile
Glad I could be here.
