Tofu is great, you know! -drools- Ice cream is too. D: I want both. And a glass of cold chocolate milk.
I'm guessing that why most diet books suggest you to eat less meat is because they're written by American doctors and as we all know Americans eat much more meat than us Asians, or so I was told. ninja Could be wrong though.

Why not tofu? Perhaps you got the wrong dish.. 'Tis good if cooked right. razz When I listen to what you eat, Frost... Well, my stomach just can't take all that food and meat. xD But then again I love dessert more than the main course, so I eat less of that and more of the cakes and puddings and ice creams. mrgreen

lol that's true, I guess if it was cooked in a way to make it to my liking, then I would like it lol I doubt that you could handle what I eat Lune, even my family can't lol I have tried not to eat as much but then I end up eating 9 or 10 times a day and that wouldn't really leave much time for other stuff lol (I eat so much because I need the energy that food gives me.) I don't just eat meat though, I eat lots of different foods lol so what kinda foods (besides tofu and ice cream) do you eat?

Why do you need so much food? Do you do heavy work or something? xD Well, let's see... I tend to eat a lot of rice, in fact I eat rice with almost anything, and people think it's weird. I'd eat fried rice with rice and noodles with rice... I hardly touch veggies 'cause I hate them. :Y And I eat whatever is on the table, as long as it won't poison me. xD I don't really like seafood though. Squids are too chewy or tough, and I dislike shrimp and lobsters. And oysters and clams. They're usually slimy and smelly.

I have tied not to eat so much but my body needs food lol I use to love seafood but I developed an allergic reaction to it so I had to give it up...... I like rice too, but I like ramen a lot more lol

>.O No wonder you eat that much. I'm becoming more of a potato couch lately... -sigh- xD Poor you. But don't worry, seafood ain't that good anyway. >: D Ramen is good, but I'd have to go to a restaurant to eat it so I don't eat much of that. I like Japanese cuisine, except the raw food, lol. Ramen, udon, yakisoba, miso soup, gyoza, Japanese curry.... Mmmm. Did I mention I love cheesecake? rofl

lol I am sure that you will be ok, so no need to sigh Seafood use to be my passion lol (kidding) I have to eat it at home because if I eat it at a restaurant I won't get enough and then I will be mad lol I don't like the raw food either it makes my stomach feel bad (and although I wouldn't usually throw up from it, I feel sick for two days after lol) Nope you didn't mention it this time lol Did I mention that I do too?????????

I should be okay if I start to get more exercise. razz You won't get enough? Aren't the portions at the restaurant big enough for you? Lol, then you must be able to cook a lot of food then? xD I like smoked salmon though, even if I especially hate raw fish. :] I used to eat at this cafe where they serve a sandwich with smoked salmons and lettuces and it was really delicious. I think it's closed now, though. : ( Nope, you didn't either, Frost. xD I got like, 5 birthday cakes last time... 1 from my family, then from my friends, and relatives... And I don't know how to finish it unless I eat cake for brekkie-lunch-dinner-supper everyday for a month. One cake was especially BIG! And I got a whole caramel cheesecake, too. :3 It's really tasty~!

lol just do a few sit ups or push ups or something like that when you wake up in the morning because those are simple and easy and (despite what those stupid ads on tv say) it can help you without you having to spend tons of money on exercise equipment lol No luneatha I would not get enough, because portions at restaurants aren't usually even enough for my little sister, so yes I do cook a lot of food at home lol Salmon (if I remember correctly) is pretty good lol lol but you didn't first Lune... blaugh lol You could save some of that cake for me mrgreen What did the caramel cheesecake taste like?

No time. :O I'm almost always late for school... I wake up at 5.45 everyday, take a quick bath and grab breakfast, since school starts at 6.30. I try to do that before I sleep though. xD And when I watch a movie at night I grab my good ol' hula-hoop so it should help... I hope. Mwahaha.
Really Frost? 2 years ago my mum went there to visit her younger sister, and she said the portions were huge, enough for 2-3 people at once! Maybe that depends on where you eat? o_O
I wish I could send you some, but I'm not sure FedEx or something would allow me to send food all the way there... D: It's like, there's a soft and thin caramel layer on top which isn't really sweet, then there's the cheesecake and at the bottom there's another, more solid and yet brittle layer of caramel which tastes sweeter. The taste blends really well together, not too sweet or cheesey. 4laugh

Aw Lune.... Well at least you are lucky that you don't eat like I do lol (though I am sure that your metabolism is just as good as mine so you should be fine (at least for now lol)) But if you can get in some exercise then you should exercise, as it will help you stay healthy smile
Yes lune, really, but only because of the way that I eat lol
Sure they would, but you would probably have to freeze it so that there would be less of a chance that it would go bad during shipping lol That caramel cheesecake sounds delicious!!!! lol
