Candice searched for her team mates her eyes scanned the crowd, she had no idea what they looked like but she still thought it good to try. Candice let her eyes fall to the ground for a moment her lips tight and fists balled she sighed heavily. "I am never going to find them I need to get my introduction underway I only have an hour until my medicine wares off, than I will be in trouble." She said to herself holding her note book tightly gripped.

"Hmmm?" Came the quiet reply from Arkell. She hadn't really been paying attention and so the words to his question came kind of sluggishly. "Oh...maybe I just didn't want to be alone," she remarked with a grin as she rolled over onto her stomach. She looked at him, more specifically at his fur. She wondered if it was soft or wirey and she crept closer to him on her stomach since he had moved a little bit away from them. "Or maybe because you aren't that bad of a guy when your not around annoying Russian feather dusters," she crept a little closer as she talked closing the distance between them so that she was close enough to reach out and touch him. "Or maybe still, I just wanted to see how soft your fur is." She reached out tentatively and ran her fingers through the fur on the side of his ribcage to feel the texture of it. "But, who knows."

Alwyn smiled "its very nice to meet you" she said blushing a bit. "Are you going to eat with us" She asked happy that the whole team was around. "we could even pick the name for the team"

Tess wasn't paying attention to what Arkell was doing while she was talking, distracted with the clouds, until she commented on his fur, and he nearly jumped out of his skin when he realized how close she'd gotten. He also froze at the feel of a hand, and his eyes flashed to Aya, and then to where Arkell's hand was. He couldn't help but give a small rumble of a pleased noise. He -hated- people touching him and petting him, but he -loved- the feeling of being pet, and people running their fingers through his fur or brushing him. He gave Aya a look that she would die if she ever repeated this obvious weakness to anyone else.
Looking to Arkell, he tentatively shifted a hand from under his head and grumbled something to himself, before sighing and moving her hand to his chest and stomach, where his fur was more soft, and more sensitive to being pet. "I'm no better when I'm not around bird-a**, but right now, I..." he paused, grimaced, and quickly finished with, "I just don't feel like fighting." His eyes were closed, a few more grunts coming from him as the petting felt good.

Matt was surprised that Lite's attention span had lasted even as long as it had. naturally, lite did drift off in the middle of conversation. He even changed the subject randomly before floating off somewhere. That's Lite for ya. I amazed how he manages to not fail school. His mastery of his abilities is something to behold. Matthew turned away, thinking of outside as a better place to search for his teammates. On the way out, he noticed several odd occurences including bango-playing and a student fainting. Once outside, he wandered in an aimless fashion, hoping that he would meet a teammate of his by some odd chance. It was then that he bumped into a girl holding a notebook. Both were jarred and Matthew was quick to apologize. "Oh, I'm terribly sorry. I've just been looking for my team." He could see that she was a little distressed.
((Matthew bumped into Candice. If she is somewhere other than outdoors, just pretend Matthew is there.))

((Uhm....aaaawwwkward....))
Aya stood, confused at what to do. The scene in front of her obviously didn't need her help. Did she bring me out here to watch this? She put a hand to her mouth, obstensibly to think about what to do, though it was also to suffocate the snickers trying to arise from her throat. She directed her attention to the sky, as that was where everyone else was looking. Taking a glance down, she froze a bit as the dog boy was glaring at her. She gave him a poker face. As if I would waste my time talking about this with someone else... She took a step backward, trying to silently let them be. Just as her luck would have it, she landed on a good sized branch, sending a loud "crack!" into their conversation. "Dammit." she mumbled.

(( Sorry Candy XD *gives a sympathy hug* ))
Arkell sat up sharply and tensed as she heard the crack and turned to look at Aya with wide eyes. She blinked finally realizing what had happened and giggled at her sudden fright over the tree branch breaking. She blushed heavily her hair turning completely bright blinking orange color and sparkling with embarrassment. She mumbled an apology to Tess and then to Aya as she rubbed the back of her head. She was staring at the trio of gecko's staring up at Aya with a raised eyebrow before something occurred to her. "Hey, what are your guys' names anyway? I don't think we even introduced ourselves to each other," she gave them a wide cheery smile, "I'm Arkell!"

Tess had jumped slightly when Aya broke the branch, and his eyes came open once again to stare at her, and then at Arkell who'd stopped petting him in favor of springing up conversation. He sat up and went back to what he'd been doing earlier- grooming his tail- as he listened. He blinked at the fire-raiser and shifted a little embarrassedly. Arkell was a nice name... a lot better then some he'd heard. If not unique.
Tess had no real intent to reveal his name, looking to Aya questioningly. "She asked you a question."

Aya looked down at the grass, staring at the geckos with a creeped out expression. Why are they looking at me? A thought occured in her head that made her slightly fear the small creatures. Oh God, did they find out what I did to that other one? Maybe that was their relative or something.. Are they going to cluster together and attack me later? A voice began to speak and Aya finally took her eyes off of the weird geckos. She blinked with surprise at the different color of the girl's hair. "Arkell..." she repeated stupidly. Arkell is a catchy name... Her thoughts were interrupted by the dog boy. She narrowed her eyes confusedly. What was his problem? "As she did you," she muttered before standing straight. She smiled at Arkell. "I am Aya." she said formally. "Takashi." she added, "Aya Takashi." She turned to the other person, an eyebrow raising. "And yours?"

"You don't even look japanese..." Tess mumbled, glancing away so not to pick a fight, only to distract. "What's with these Geckos?" he found several of them staring. They seemed surrounded, wherever they went, and he even looked around more. "They're getting on my nerves." he bared his teeth at some of them, and the geckos scampered off, though one remained behind and darted at him, before climbing up onto his foot, and just sat there. The dog-boy blinked at it, perplexed.

Arkell frowned over at Tess as he seemed to avoid the question. "Come on, fess up. Whats your name? Or do you want me to call you 'fluffy'?" She said with a smile teasing him lightly about what she had heard the russian call him early, and she couldn't help but agree with the bird on that one. He was rather fluffy and she giggled.
She looked down at the gecko that decided to take up residence on his foot and reached over to wave the little creepy thing away.

"My mother is American," she replied softly. Taking in his question, Aya nodded. They seemed to be omnipresent at every possible space on this island. Yep.They could definitely kill me if they banded together. She swallowed and looked back up. She blinked at the gecko on his foot as well. She shook her head. "I'm sorry, what was your name again?" she asked, slapping her head as she finally remembered that Arkell was saying the same thing. She was just thinking too much to actually listen.

Tess swore lightly under his breath. He'd made one of them forget, but of course, the other didn't get as distracted as he'd hoped. He watched her shoo the gecko away, and it seemed to do so indignantly. "I..." he mumbled, and sighed. "Just call me... Bane. You know... like Wolfsbane?" he'd thought of it off the top of his head, remembering a plant book he'd gone through instead of roughhousing with some of the other males in The Shelter. He liked reading until people picked on him for it. He wondered if he'd be able to sneak some books to his room.
"My real name isn't really that important, anyways..." Tess added with a huff.

Aya looked at him, puzzled. She'd heard about the plant before, when Mikayla had eaten some of it as a baby and had to be taken to the hospital. "You'd rather be called a plant than your real name?" she asked. Must be a pretty bad first name... She smirked a bit at the possibilities. Her mind went to the "Barky Von Shnauzer" commercial she'd watched while in 'quarantine' as her mother had called it. She was allowed to stay in her room at all times with nothing but books and a small television. Still, the small commercial had made her laugh, and the posibility of being the dog boy's real name made it hard not to at least smile.

Mal looked around the building for a while before finally finding his room. The door was ajar and inside was Sergey lying on one of the beds. "Fancy seeing you here," he said to him. Mal entered and closed the door behind him. With a stretch, he looked around the room. His bed was on the other side of the side of the room from Sergey's but faced the same way. Sitting down on it, he sighed and smiled. "Long day," he said. With a smile he added, "Really long day."
