Scarlet tried to free herself from the arm, but it held fast.
She viciously pulled and shook her arm, to no avail, even with Sousha's help.

Haku turned around, his eyes filled with annoyance, "You guys are slowing me down..." He shrugged lazily before turning away, "Survival of the fittest I guess..." He took about a step, before he lost his balance and slid against a wall. Meanwhile, the hand pulled Scarlet closer to the door as more hands broke through the hole.

"Looks like you slowing yourself down as well." Sousha commented after Haku seemed to stumble to the side. Sousha's attentionwas brought back to her task as more hands come out of the door. "s**t!" She slashed harded at the arm.

Scarlet swore at Haku.
"Survival of the FITTEST? Pardon us for helping you earlier, then!"
She placed her boots against the wall and pulled with all her might and the hand snapped its hold off Scarlet's arm and she bolted away, running down the corridor again.

Haku just lay against the wall for a moment, before letting out a long inhuman screech. His eyes, previously a dark blue, shifted to a crimson red. He stood up slowly, and turned to Sousha, "Get out...While you can..."

Sousha smiled slightly as Scarlet got away and yelled at Haku. She put the sword back in place as she started to move quickly down the hall. Her breath caught in her throat when Haku turned towards her. "What the...?" At second glance she choose to keep moving, "You don't have to tell me twice."

At the end of the corridor, there was a large window---
Scarlet was going so fast with all her inhuman strength, she hadn't had time to stop --
She plunged through the window, sending glass flying.
There was no sound as to mark her hitting the ground.

Haku grabbed Sousha as she passed, and with trembling hands, gave her his Karusi-Gami, "Take care of this....I will...be back for...it" With the last of his strength, he threw himself to the multitudes of hands, smiling peacefully for a moment.
Then his face changed, and out came a horrid scream, as he tried to break free, "NO....I can't...fail..."

Sousha looked shocked for a moment, as Haku pushed his weapon into her hands and then tossed himself at the hands that she and Scarlet had just finished strugling with moments before.
"Wait..." She turned away right before he screamed, whirling back around as he did. She didn't know what way to go, Scarlet had gone through the window and Haku was in danger as well.
In a rush moment, Sousha placed Haku's other weapon across from the sword she carried and went for the window.
"Haku, hold on, I'll be right back." At that, ignoring the pain ripping throw her, and stifling a string of curses, she forced her wings back out, and went out the window.

Scarlet had been caught by the ivy that was crawling up the side of the building they were in, her arm and leg caught at awkward angles.
She cursed. She must have broken her leg and arm. She attempted to grab hold of another vine but bit back a groan when she tried to move her leg.

As Haku was being dragged into the door, a voice broke into his head, You want to possess my body...This is what you get...Now, let's sit back, and enjoy the ride...Of course...if you give me back full control of my body, I will get us out of here...

Sousha took a moment for her wings to respond properly, but once they did and some of the pain had washed away, she flow herself to find Scarlet. Spoting her a moment later on the side of the building.
"Hey, are you ok?" noting the position of her arm and leg, figuered it was a stupid question.
"I'm going to help you down. Sorry a head of time for any pain." She stated grimly as she set herself level with Scarlet.

"Alright." She nodded as she started to do her best to move away some of the vines that were in the way, but not holding Scarlet up.
"Ok, I want you to hold on to my arm so that you have a bit more support while I get rid of some of this ivy."
