It's a bit a awkward, what with the slight mesh in theme without much of a focal point. I also enjoy saying fancy words to sound smartical, and not like a big dumb spiteful idiot.

I'd say everything matches pretty well. The demon mood bubble and the cloud is darker than the rest of your avatar though. So uh.. why are you playing with water guns in dark, rainy weather? surprised

Well, the truth is that I am controlling this cloud with my awesome powers and I am in fact wearing waterproof skin.
I can soak my enemies with my watergun or cloud, and use the rain from my cloud to recharge the watergun.
100%. Pure. Genius.

By the way, I give your avatar a 100%.
Only because I don't really see anything wrong with it.
Nice and simple and such.

I think the purple theme is pretty awesome and matches together really well.
However, Benny the Puppy sticks out, as well as the white flower (though the flower doesn't stick out as much).
Replace those (and maybe the prism) and your avi would be fine.

Though I think it's still pretty good.

It's rather plain and the blue thingy is kinda out of nowhere (color wise). I give you a 5/10
But since you added that you're going for a sporty/girly look, I give an 8/10 because you achieved the look.
