for the suchi i used short-grain brown rice, water, soy sauce, seasoned rice wine vinegar, wasabi powder, cucumber, carrot, avocado, radish sprouts, and yes I did use roasted nori witch is edible seaweed sometimes called laver *smiles*

yes i did nurtured them as they grew... one can not grow anything they can only encourage growth and hope that what they are trying to encourage wants to grow *smiles*
