*Kyla swims close to Seiryu's face. She darts back and forth quickly, trying to draw him into attacking, and preparing to dodge as well*

Buy some time? Crud, I can't use my stellar power here without hurting everyone. sweatdrop *Calm tries to assist as best as he can*

I'll cover you Kyla!!! Hidama Tatei!!*With the attacks coming her way, Calm shields her before they can make contact*

*She sheaths Hien, and Kyla's keyblade appears in her hands. (Haven't used this in a while). Kyla swings the keyblade like a bludgeoning weapon. Trying to hit Seiryu in the head without doing lethal damage*

Kokujo sighed a bit, Kyla always seemed to choose the path that was the most difficult, but it was perhaps this stubborn benevolence that Kokujo respected. He understood what he needed to do. He concentrated hard, causing large tendrils of shadow energy to form from the darkened sea-bed below Seiryu, in an attempt to hold him down so the others could have an easier time. It would take a lot of concentration to retrain something as massive as Seiryu, but Kokujo had maintained a pretty large distance, so would hopefully have the time he needed to focus without trouble.

*Seiryu takes several beatings to the head, and changes his tactic. He begins to spin headfirst in a ring-pattern to create a whirlpool. He also swings his claw with Kaikishi at his enemies, attempting to beat anyone in his path with the hostage*

*Kyla dives out of the way of Seiryu's claw. She swims towards his left side, and strikes hard with the keyblade. Again, the force she uses is not intended to be fatal*

I can't believe this! Forgive me, my king. *Kaikishi has had enough with this humiliation.*

Torrent Ripper!

*he frees his hand and sends cutting water pressure blades at Seiryu's claw. It's better than using a metal sword, that's for sure. He does not manage to get free, but he does damage Seiryu's claw*


Geyser Wake! *he places water pressure behind him to jettison himself towards Seiryu's body. With Seiryu's claw holding him, it's like Seiryu punches himself....which does indeed hurt him*



*at this point, Seiryu stops spinning and tightens his grip on his hostage, then rapidly approaches Umika and her guardians. With his other claw, he savagely attacks the barriers*
