Lore chuckled at that, "So I've been told...."

He was quite amused at the fact to be honest. Though he could understand why, they had offically reached pass the number of children Elnara's mother had, had.. granted it was naturally.

Elros was right, Miyu should come with them for dinner as well, since she was sure Aragost would be eating in.

"I'll go get her!" Lin moved to go back inside when she paused, "Oh... I just remembered, I should give you this or I might forget going back to the house."

She rummaged around in her bag a bit before pulling out a box similar to the one that Miyu had given Aragost.

Donovan tilted his head, while he couldn't see the man, he recongized the voice, "Celeborn," he commented, "Ah.. there you are."

Shiro and Ura both scrambled to their feet as well. "We'll come with you, Lin," Shiro offered. "I think it would be interesting to see what it's like inside, and to meet new people."

And as he reached for Ura's hand, he smiled brightly up at Elros. "Thank you for teaching us," he said warmly, bowing his head to the elf. "I enjoyed it very much!"

Elnara giggled softly. "To be fair, some of them were accidental adoptions," she pointed out in her defense, "though I'm glad for each and every one of them."

"You're very welcome," Elros smiled back at Shiro. "I look forward to teaching you again."

He looked at the box that Lin was holding out, and held out one hand curiously. "What is this?"

Daeron chuckled. "Well, don't let anyone prevent you from continuing to adopt, if you want. There is no way it's a bad thing."

Celeborn stopped short and chuckled softly in the darkness. "Donovan. I'm sorry, I didn't see you there. I take it we're going to be leaving for another trip in the morning."

Aliya grinned at Ryu. "She did. I think it would be great, though, I mean you could actually watch the kids growing intead of only seeing them once every few years, and we wouldn't have to worry about when you have to go back, we'd be able to just relax."

"That is true," Ryu admitted.

Those reasons alone made the whole idea like a very good one he would have to admit.

"Then we'll arrange it," Ryu replied after a moment of thought.

"Indeed," Lore murmured, "Besides they are all wonderful."

Besides, they all grew up so quickly that it would be a shame to have such an empty home now. At least he thought so, it would be so odd... if there were no children without a short space of time.

Giving the box to him Lin grinned, "It's a bento box, kind of like a meal on the go. Triton taught me and Miyu how to make them, and have fun making them. He said... it's also nice to give them to people, so..."

She thought it was a great idea and she liked bringing things over from her world into this one. Even if they tended to be all edible by nature. Unlike Miyu she made them in the shape of kitties, or rather their heads, and stuffed them with smoked salmon since she knew how her cat brother liked the fish.

Honestly she thought he had a hidden stash of the stuff somewhere in the kitchen.

The salad like spring rolls just like Miyu had, and she had shaped her custard cups into flowers instead of stars, and used strawberres on top, because she was quite fond of strawberries. Personally Lin would have preferred mochi, but it wasn't something one could make in a day and the only type they had left was the ice cream sort which would have melted.

"Hopefully yes," Donovan replied, "I am late getting to you and I haven't even talked to Ulani about where the slavers are yet."

Daeron grinned. "And I look forward to getting to know all of them," he said warmly. "They seem quite nice, very well behaved compared to most children that I know. I'll be sitting this trip out, spending the time here with you and eeryone else. I've been traveling too much, and as Lin pointed out to me the last time I saw her, I need to get to know my cousins - and aunt and uncle."

Aliya was pleased, but she didn't have enough energy left to do anythig more than laugh softly again. "I'm glad," she smiled brightly. "It seems you're not here often enough, or long enough, even when you are here."

Alyse skittered back in from the back room and scrambled up onto the couch beside Aliya, curling up close to her. "All clean, Mama," she whispered softly, smiling shyly at Ryu.

Elros's entire expression grew bright as he took the box from Lin. "Well, that sounds absolutely wonderful, thank you, Lin," he said warmly. "I'll have it for my dinner then. And you should get going and find Miyu."

Celeborn smiled in the darkness. "I'll head over right now and find out. I was supposed to go on duty for the night, but I'll get Bronwe to take it for me, since I wouldn't be able to take the shift anyways. Otherwise, Ulani won't be coming out in the morning, and we would only lose time."

Feng ushered the other two boys back out once they were clean. She was grinning from ear to ear, quite pleased with herself. Granted this was the first time she was let in charge like that. Even though she had taken care of children before (always being willing to play made her a good babysitter), she had never done anything parent like, like have them clean up.

Outside Tao had found what she was looking for, after serious dunking of her head into the cold river, not that she would notice now that she had a fat fish all to herself. Granted she always had the fish to herself, unless she decided to share. Being the good griffin she took her meal back to the house, since that was the area that all two legged creatures were.

"Right," Lin grinned as she took Shiro's hand and led the way in, since it would be dark.

Though she was sure between the two boys they must have better eye sight than her in the dark. They were part cat after all, she wondered if their eyes shined like actual cats.

"Thanks," Donovan murmured, at least that was one problem solved, "I don't know if they know we're here, since Feng and Ryu went to Aliya's... at any rate, I better head back and gather up the children... I wonder if Miyu is in-"

His thoughts were interrupted by the sound of pattering feet, since he knew the children would have noticed by now it was getting late. Chances were... they were going to get Miyu.

"Nevermind, that answers my question."

Shiro made sure he had a good grip on Ura's hand and followed Lin inside. It was very dark in there, but he was able to see basic shapes.

"It's very narrow in here," Ura commented, looking around as if he could see everything clearly. The gold of his eyes reflected in the darkness, two enormous glowing orbs that floated around, looking everywhere and at everything.

Celeborn smiled. "If Feng and Ryu went to the valley, I'm sure Ulani and Ulrich would know by now that you're here. I'll speak to Bronwe, and then I'll head right over there and ask Ulani where we should be heading. I'll see you in the morning."

And he headed off down the corridor towards the east wing of the barracks.

Adwin and Adan ran along the hall ahead of Feng, giggling and poking at each other. Adwin tripped and hit the floor, but a moment later he was up and giggling again.

Aliya flinched and waited for the piercing cry to start up from her bedroom - but mercifully, there was silence. "Boys, quiet," she murmured. "Adonijah's sleeping in my room, don't wake him up."

Amdir was just arriving back in the valley then, and while he wasn't surprised to see the griffin in the yard, he was somewhat surprised to see that she was quite different from the griffins he knew.

"And you must be Tao," he murmured with a grin. "You are cute. Kara was right."

"Uh oh..." Feng murmured softly as she came up behind the boys, "Time to calm down a bit. Besides we'll be having dinner soon."

It would be bad to have the little boy crying now, at least Feng thought so.

Her ears pricked up at the sound of her name as she looked up from her meal. She made a soft curious clicking sound, who was this? Though since he seemed to be happy it could mean pets.

Pets!

She got to her feet and ambled over to him curious as to if this one was going to give her pets.

Donovan nodded as he made his way towards the exit, only to wait outside by the door for the children to come out. Since he knew they were going to come out sooner or later.

Lin nodded absently as she chanced a glance and hoped she didn't run into anything in doing so. She was right, there his eyes glowed, it was kind of cool, in a creepy sort of way.

"Yea, it's the hallway, I think it's probably like that so that there could be more room in the rooms," she commented, "We're going to go up the stairs."

Which she did, fortunately not tripping since she was a bit distracted at the moment.

As the three children headed down the hallway, Ura kept looking around curiously.

"Watch out for the doorway," he murmured softly to Shiro, gently nudging his summoner so that he wouldn't walk into a wall.

Shiro smiled to himself in the darkness. "Thanks," he murmured.
