Cat tensed as Papyrus seemed to switch personalities at the mere sight of Setsumei's feather. "It's not-"She cut herself short as she braced herself for the paper. When she heard running footsteps and then a zap ashe opened her eyes to see teh paper fall away, Papyrus on teh ground and Tori with a tazer. "I'm sorry Drako. I just didn't want you to kill yourself back there." she offered a sad smile before teh cocoon enveloped her sending her back to HEC.

"Dumbass." Tori muttered, grabbing his feet. "Hey, can you help me out with this moron?" she asked Cat's brother.

Kyle nodded. "Yeah sure. "He moved and hefted Papyrus up by the arm. "Where to?" he asked, looking to some of teh paper that scattered the street now.

It seemed to scoot towards Papyrus slowly, as if attracted by a magnet. "Ah... upper floor, in here..." she began to head towards trhe bar.

"Thats just eerie." Kyle pointed out, watching teh paper. He moved to follow Tori, heading toward the bar. "So who is this guy?" he asked.

"His name is Papyrus, he's a friend of mine. Lately, he's been acting odd. Acting out, attacking harmless people..." she sighed. "Ever since that episode where Cat and Caleb were taken to the HEC, it's like he's falling apart." she looked at his now-peaceful face. "He always had the feeling about him, like a drawn sword. Always ready to fight. But when he was around Cat, he'd... it was like he was sheathed. It must have hurt pretty badly when he lost that tranquility." She sighed as they went upstairs.

Seth put on a pair of regular blue jeans, rips in them and worn patches done perfectly by some machine. Cost him no money of course but still had to admire A.I craftsmanship. He walked outside the bar to see alot of people. After taking an assessment and flipping through their thoughts to catch up. He sighed, he didnt want to make it obvious he knew everything but eyed alex's brother. He didnt know the man but no outlandish memories of evil doing ran through his mind, so he didnt bother with the rest; figuring in due time the man would talk. So he focused on papyrus. First he did a strong almost to strong mental press on the tissue inside his 7th vertebre, paralyzing his legs and a nifty mistaken placement, the control of one his vocal cords. He could not walk or talk for long amounts of time without snapping the already sensitive cord. Then he produced a small Armed forces stretcher from the not -i call the place he draws things from the not, all kinds of sensible things. He could pull a sword or gun, but nothing insane like oh say an RPG.- He lightly moved the damaged man onto the stretcher. His body soon disappeared into the bar and up into a small room in the attic. Seth focused on his wounds sending gauze to him and covering him in it. "He should be fine. And how are you today my dear wife?" He said it sarcastically but kissed her with a passionate kiss. After looking up he spoke to tori. "Ello beautiful, dashing as ever watch out before you go out in public our nice man Kyle her might fall into a bad case of love." He finished with papyrus and smiled to himself, slipping his hand into alex's soft one.

"So my sisters got two guys?" Kyle asked, raising a brow. He looked up as Seth took Papyrus, blinking as the man didn't introduce himself or anything, just whisked teh wounded guy off as if it were normal. "Does this sort of thing happen a lot around here?"
Alex smiled and shook her head at Seth. "Quit picking on Tori, she's had a rough day." She glanced at Kyle. "Yeah pretty much, I didn't name this place Safe Haven for no reason."

Troi sighed as she watched Paspyrus wake, but...
"Papyrus.? Wh..." she blinked. Her stun-gun didn't do this. And Papyrus never got hurt when he was awake. Thwe paper seemed to protect him from everything, so it wasn't incurred earlier...
He should be fine.
Anger flushed Tori's face. Was everyone out to hurt her friend?! Furst Riot, then Cat, now Seth?! He probably did it to keep him safe.
Papyrus grinned as her as he rose, supported by tendrils of paper. He handed her a note. Don't worry. I'l... 'talk' to him.
He moved swoftly downstairs, his hair turning black, but not his face.
He was accessing his new set of powers.
Seth!p he called, with his mind. Why did you cripple me?! Did you think I'df be so stupid as to try to go after Cat again?
Tori sighed walking downstairs.
"Kyle... I want to relax, it's been a pretty harsh day. C-can you... w-would you like... ah... to come with me?"

"After your actions today i beileve you deserve worse, take my mercy as a act of kindness. So please for now just go back upstairs and think. You can stay here a while longer but i really just need you out of sight while i think and talked to my wife." He then looked to Alex and sort of smiled. "Im wondering if i should kill him, but i really dont think hell has anymore room for souls sent by me." He knew papyrus couldnt hear him and even if he could it was a joke. He ran a hand up Alex's arm. "Im just being polite to Tori, i mean i am capable of respecting an established woman. After all i did marry you."

"Please no killing patrons and members of the organizations we're allied with?" Alex asked with a wry smile. She looked over at Kyle and Tori a moment and then laughed lightly. "You two go have fun, we'll keep an eye on papyrus and listen for any news from Doc and Ciren." she waved her hand at the two. She turned to Seth, letting out a relieved sigh and crossing two fingers. "Here's to hoping things calm down now." she smiled hopefully, though she was beginning to look a bit tired herself.
Kyle looked at Tori and nodded, giving a smile. "Yeah sure."
