Jessica eyes widened when he said scorpion's nests. "Okay....now I'm fully awake." she said.

Baylor was flying through the sky on his staff, approaching the archaeological site. He remained high enough so that he would be difficult to see, but not so high the air was impossible to breathe. Hm... so this is the Pyramid of the... something... King or whatever. And it holds a crystal skull in it. Perhaps the same kind of crystal skull that's supposed to be with 12 other crystal skulls in order to save the Earth from the apocalypse? May as well check it out. He flew lower, trying to avoid being seen. The higher winds made it difficult to balance, but he tried to manage without falling off.

Alex nodded to them, feeling something disturbing in the wind, but shook it off as some wierd feeling he usually got whenever he was going to discover another one of history's secrets.

Aneisa shivered at the mention of scorpions. "Yesh, nasty things. Now, if I learned my lessons from good ol' Indy correctly, the smaller they are, the more deadly, right? So ya DEFINITELY wanna keep your eyes open. But sunset, huh? Well, then, the sooner we're on our way the better, right?" She had no idea how they would be able to hide their transformations from the two civilian girls if they were out in the middle of the desert when the sun went down. If they could make it to the tomb before then, it would be a little easier.

Alex just shrugged at the thought, and lifted the backpack onto his shoulders. "Well, no time lke the present." He said to them.
TIME SKIP!!!!
Around midnight, Alex was drabbed in a cloak before he made it to the specific sand dune. I was specific in the fact that it was exactley under the suin surrounded by 4 other dunes. After careful digging, he exposed the stone entrance to the forgotten tomb. "This is it." He said as he tried to find the difference between the stone and the sealant.

Serrenedy-or rather her 'cosiun' pushed alex aside. She traced a pattern with her finger and oppened the door. "To easy"

Alex saw Serrenedy's antics at the doorway, and nearly s**t a chicken when she did so. "Be CAREFUL with that!" He said as he made his way to the opened entrace. "You might have had the entire tomb collapsing on itself!" He told her as he flicked open a lighter, and looked inside the tomb, to reveal an ancient lamp post, and nothing more. ".....this is it?" He asked himself, obviously pissed.

Baylor woke up a little further from where the camp was to find himself buried up to the neck in sand. "Huh?" He struggled to get his arms up to the surface to dig himself out, but had no luck. He looked around and to his horror, saw a couple of sidewinders (snakes) slithering his way. He jerked and struggled, but still was out of luck. "Darn... Ventus Onis!' Baylor chanted. A whirlwind blew around him and unearthed him from the sand and sent the sidewinders flying. "Oh crap..." Baylor said as the snakes flew toward the excavation site. He summoned his wand and flew up toward the sky to try to avoid detection.

When the door snapped open at Serrenedy's touch, Aneisa jumped back a bit with a hiss and (to her surprise), her eyes literally flashed. Hopping she hadn't damaged their cover, she recovered quickly. "Geeze, girl, you tryin' to kill us all? If we don't die from a sand storm, creatures attacking us or an ancient temple collapsing on us, you'll make sure we all have heart attacks, right?"
"Easy, Dear. I'm sure she didn't mean anything by it. Just trying to be helpful."
"Yeah, I know," Aneisa growled out loud. She just hoped that no one heard her. The last thing she wanted was for the others to think that she was nuts. Alex and Serrenedy would probably know she had been talking to Saraphina, but Joan and Jessica wouldn't. "Well, now what Boss?" she asked Alex.

She giggled slighty "It won't colapse" She hit the walls a few times "Not for two hours, nine minutes and 33 seconds...If we avoid the bobby traps. I get myself into nuts situations all the time just to draw a statue or to-I know how to do this. She kind of patted herself on the back-the surprised look sugjested Demona did it but she smiled all the same

Alex was slowly filling with rage to notice what anyone was saying. "I can't believe I wasted all this time and money on a damn DUD!" He shouted as he gave the lamp post a sharp kick. All of a sudden, an orange circle appeared under his feet, and he suddenly dissapeared.

"Oh my god Alex!" Jessica exclaimed. "Where the hell did he go....?" she looked at the lamp post her had kicked before he disappeared. "Maybe this thing had something to do with it?" she wondered out loud. [I have had a major writers block >.< o.o]

Baylor heard shouting coming from the excavation site, so he dashed over there to see what had happened. He flew up above and to his surprise he saw a strange enterance that he had never noticed that led to a strange tomb. He heard more shouting and realized that it was coming from the tomb. "That's odd..." He said to himself. He flew over and landed on the roof of the sand-covered tomb and looked inside to see what was going on, and at the same time, keeping quiet to avoid being noticed.
