In our local paper, there was this merry little advertisement, with pictures of children having fun in a community center's public pool. This was on the same page as the homicides and police reports. sweatdrop

Ironic news: "Car Crash! Motorcyclist kills Mazda Miyata driver." That would be ironic, wouldn't it? Or "Rescue diver dies by drowning" Or "Sue Chef dies by starvation."

Oh, here's a true ironic death:
A not-so-bright man finds a mouse in his home, and decides to take it outside and exterminate it by burning it alive. However, once he dropped the mouse, it ran quickly into him home, setting it ablaze.
