Shi walked out of the truck,looking around.The sun was rising and Shi's different colored eyes shone in the orange sunlight."Where are we,Sora?"She said looking at him.

Shi looked over at him and smiled.She then ran at him,hugging him."Thank you Sora,so much."She said hugging him tightly.

Shi let go of Sora and looked around."What should we do now?"She asked him.Just as she turned around a arrow came from a tall tree and hit Shi in the back.Shi looked at Sora,hunched over."Sora...Run..."She said looking at him,her eyes showed sadness and suffering.She pulled out the arrow and screamed as she did so."Run!"She yelled at him again.

"No Im not leaving you!!" He said wrapping his arms around her to protect her from anymore arrows.Suddenly three arrows following the first one shot at Shi. Sora turned around and took all three in his back"AHHHHHH" he said remaining on his feet and keeping his grip around Shi's shoulders.

"Sora...."She said lightly."Why...didn't you run...I don't want you to get hurt"She said to him,looking at his eyes."I could handle this,"She said.With that she looked over where the arrows came from.She saw the man getting ready to shoot again."SORA!!!"She screamed as the man let the arrow go.Shi pushed Sora around,getting the arrow in the back of her thigh.She screamed,looking back at Sora."I don't want to see you hurt anymore!"She yelled at him,crying.

I dont want to see you hurt either!!!" He yelled back kneeling down. Then he looked up at the man shooting arrows and stood up. He looked at him square in the eyes and began walking toward him.The man fired arrows at him but when they were about two feet away, they bounced off an invisible wall. Sora's eyes began to glow and long white wings protruded from his back, when he spoke it was an echo of his voice and a much deeper, older voice"LEAVE US ALONE!!!!!!!!" He shrieked, beating his wings and knocking the man off the tree, as he fell, sora held out his hand and a large kitana appeard. He took off at breakneck speed and sliced the man cleanly in half. When he landed he was breathing hard. He looked back at Shi and the wings retreated back into his back and he collapsed on the floor.

Shi screamed seeing Sora fall."Sora!"She yelled,she tried to run,but her legs failed to work proparly.The arrow was still in her thigh and Shi fell to the ground aswell.She started to crawl towards Sora,she felt like screaming from the pain.But Sora had it worse,she didn't want to scream over one arrow when Sora had been shot with three.She continued to crawl over to him,tears streaming down her face like little rivers.She finally pulled out the arrow when she reached Sora and held onto his hands,hoping he'd wake.

Sora blinked his eyes and looked at Shi.."I am never going to leave you, even, even if it means my life." he said sitting up, a small trickle of blood falling from his mouth."Shi, do you remember when I told you I was accepted into the military?"
