"Very well." Bigfoot says, awaiting the others input.
Marching over to the bookshelf Bigfoot glances across the spines of the books to get an idea of what they all were. Then, being hit by an idea, Bigfoot moves to where bookshelf adjoined with wall. "Don't think ninjas would hide a passageway behind a bookshelf?" Bigfoot asks, pulling the shelf away from the wall.

"i agree with both of you. sorry that i blanked out right then... i was thinking deeply about something." Ronin said as he moved closer to one of the walls and started feeling it up and down. "just maybe... oh, and maybe we could find something useful in the books. who knows if they used one as a journal or to keep records... possibly used to exchange information."

The walls aren't too interesting, they are just made out of wood and flat. The books in the book are all white, except if you look closely you can see that one has a drop of red on it's binding.

Ronin noticed the strange book and eyed it for a little while. "big..... grab that book with the red on it..."

The pages of the book are blank, but a part of the ground collaspes and reveals some steps.

"Hmm...that's convenient..." Royal comments as the stairs reveal themselves, "Let us hurry on with this so that we may get the king and haul our respective hind quarters out of here." Royal begins to head on down the stairs, calling a few cards out so as to react more quickly to any ambushes.

Ronin put the book in his bag, even though it might prove useless, he liked the blank pages...

Royal stops at Bigfoot's comment and thinks for all of about...half a second before he turns to Bigfoot with a sheepish smile, "Actually, that's probably a good idea." Royal steps to the side to allow the big man some room to get by.

Down the steps, as you look down, you can see torches upon the wall and the path after the amount of steps which you probably don't want to count, because it would take 6 hands to, has a clear path that you can see is a dirt ground.

Pulling a torch free from the wall Bigfoot continued down the path. "We'll need more then one torch someone else take one too." Bigfoot says.

Ronin agreed. He then reached up and yanked a torch free from the wall. "there, that should be better. I'll add the this light to the back, just in case something decides to trail us."
