((I see that our volunteer medic in residence is soon going to have her hands full.))
Lanita spun and opened the door by crashing her back into it, not able to get a hand free, and sprinted to the guards' room where Lia was. "Hiya!" she said a little breathlessly. "Normally I'm not inclined, but she was cutting a spidrill out, so I'm kinda thinking she's on my same side. Got a moment and some sealant?"
Lanita was dripping sweat in buckets, and looked a bit pale herself, but it was nothing next to Pendari's arm.

Lia turned and looked at Lanita and Pendari. The suit beeped, but she ignored it. "Put her on the table." She said in a quiet but commanding voice. She then moved to the medical supplies and began assembling a syringe with a green colored liquid.

Burning Disaster Arix slowly raised his hand and gave a thumbs up. "Cool," Syx said, noting the thumb. "Can you tell me what happened here, while I help you over to the medic center?"

It was a relief to obey. Lanita set her charge down on the table as gently as she could and pressed herself back against the wall for support.

Lia moved over to Pendari, after wiping her good arm with an alcohol swab she injected the green liquid. She then began work on keeping the woman alive.
"Where did you find her?" She asked Lanita. Lia kept her hands busy moving at surprising speed, despite the limitations of the suit. "Did you see the event itself? Or did you just find the remains?"

Lanita tried to slow her breathing. "Was coming around the corner in the hallways, saw the spidrill flying away from her. She had a knife out, it was pretty obvious what happened... We get that a lot on Cebidata, 'specially when someone programs the buggers wrong... and she collapsed. Chunks of arm are still over there, and some blood. At a glance, I'd say it was crawling up from her hand there."

Lia looked up from Pendari. "You can call me Lia," was all the introduction she gave Lanita. She turned back to her patient doing a quick look over before settling down to cleaning away some of the blood splattered around. "Lanita, you should calm yourself before your system goes into shutdown."
