Aiko smiled in response and fiddled with his sleeve as he thought of how to start. "Alright so today I'm going to teach you all how to perform blood magic, to start off you should all know that blood magic is a very controversial topic. There have been many deaths due to useing it inappropriatly and even more because of it's effects." he started off, looking over each of them in turn. "However blood magic makes up a large part of Dark magic and is the reason why we can use so many spells."

Nara cast a simple spell and created a notebook and a quill pen and began to take noted,
this would be her first lesson in any form of destructive magic., it would be good to learn how to defend herself without her ability.

"There are many rules you have to follow while useing it, if any of them are violated you can die or be turned, that is you can become a dark mage. While you all will be learning Dark Magic you will not be dark mages unless you choose to. Dark magic is very corruptive, blood magic even more so, and you all have to watch to make sure it is not trying to change you." he said.

aeonx blinked a couple of times. 'blood....magic? well the name fits i guess if its that cupt' he looked at the other students in the class to see what their reaction was, the "don't mess-with-unless-you- have- a- serious- death-wish" girl as he had deemed her was taking notes. 'I should probly do that to...' So he took out a pice of paper with an anime drawing on it he had kept in his vest and a mini sharpie from his back pocket. and wrote down a basic summery of what Aiko had said.

"A sure way to prevent being corrupted is to use animal blood, or your own, though you need to have a whole lot of control if you plan on useing your own blood, otherwise you may drain yourself so much that you will die." he said

Aiko paused for a moment to check off what he had covered and than continued. "Never use someone elses blood, it is the fastest way to corruption since you can never know if it is offered willingly, this includes all sentient animals."

Nara raised her hand with a question in mind. She had seen many rituials.. most of wich were aimed at her.
"In many rituials they use the loss of life or blood sacrifice to work the magic. Is that a form of Blood Magic or Rituial Magic?"

Aiko paused for a moment to think. "Both I beieve. Blood is a sacrifice, we use it in exchange for more powerful magic. You could perform any dark magic without blood but useing it makes it far more powerful."

"Ah..."
She returns to writing. She had some introduction to blood magic but a creative aspect of the otherwise negative magic. This was waling into a place where she had always heard her mothers voice. that voice urged caution and great restraint when learning Black Magic.

Aiko nodded. "Alright so the next step wll be my showing you an example of how to do what I've been talking about and how to do it." he said and ran a hand through his hair as he thought of an appropriate spell. "We'll go with summoning for now, it's fairly simple."

Nara watched intenty. She had only seen a blood summoning once and that was done by a novice... needless to say it did not turn out well at all.

"We're gonna start simple, I'm going to summon...a book from the dorm. You all will in turn summon something personal, that is not alive." he said and searched through his multiple hidden pockets in his jacket, finding sevearl small vials of blood. "When useing blood magic you have to choose one of sevral symbols that goes best with the situation. For this one we will be useing the symbol for inanimate objects, which look like this." he said and and picked up a piece of chalk from his desk and drew the symbol on the desk. "All of you practice that for a moment, all the lines must be strait and connected."

She drew the symbol on a new sheet of paper with her pen. If she were to summon something personal then it could only be one thing, for she only had one thing in the entire world that was not of a different plane of existence.
She feared what was going to happen next so she regressed back into herself and restricted her abilities until her eyes bled gray with the silver dot in the middle.
She was as ready as she was ever going to be for this.
