Definitely Hermione. Remus likes reading, but he's also interested in mischeif-making, chocolate, and Quidditch, where as Hermione's ONLY hobby pertains to books/learning.

Haha, that's a good point!
I'm going to have to say Ron. Sure, Lily didn't notice that Snape loved her, but he's not the easiest bloke to read; calling her a Mudblood kind-of sends mixed signals, you know? With Hermione, the signs were SO obvious and he was just being dense.

Umbridge. First, she's an animagus which makes it easier to escape from human-eating predators. Also, she would really just annoy half the monsters from her endless deviousness.
