Kitty woke with a light groan. they had knocked her out even tho' she insisted she was fine. Again with the wierd metabolism..... she catalogged her pains. A few stiches, some rather nasty bandaged hands and back, and utterly sore bones all over.
"Ugh, more morphine!" she grumbled.

Erica was lying in the bed next to Kitty, she was mostly stitched up, her leg requiring the most stitches. But she held a cold and tortured meditative stare into the corner of the room.

"No thanks, Ruby." *smiles a little remembering his first encounter with Ruby when she ade him lost a meal, but he wasn't angery finding it humorous now* "Remember our first meeting in Haven?"
