The Captain grabs his own tardis to steady himself saying "Whats going on doctor, maybe I can help!?" He says as the tardis and everyone in it continued to wobble.

"It's nothing." Eddie said rather grimly. "This thing is just old." She kicked the wall as she grabbed onto it to stable herself. "An old model. Little more reliable however, mine was brand new, top notch, latest model with my name and my coworker's names on it. And look how it turned out."

She shook her head.

"Cheer up, Eddie!" Irene smiled.

"What the hell happened to you?" She said, referring to Irene's still somewhat dark face.

"Oh, er, nothing."

"So you're going home?"

She nodded.

"I'm staying!" Sam smiled.

"Oh...how wonderful." Eddie tried. "Well...er..." Eddie was trying to say something. "You're not bad...you kept up pretty good, considering you only got one heart."

"Eddie, are you trying to be nice?" Irene asked.

"Grrrrr." She grumbled. "You're making it difficult."

Irene frowned and they stood by each other. Eddie slumped over and squinted her eyes.

"Should we like...hug or something?" Eddie sighed.

Irene smiled and hugged her, as Eddie made an awkward face.

The Captain smiled to Eddie saying "Well I guess mine is alittle more modern then the doctor's old type 40,mine is a type 50 and in better working order."

He admired those special moments eddie has,she did that to him. She had saved him from bullies and such. She hung around with him when noone else did. She was certainly a special woman.

"Yes, Captain. Let's talk about your perfectly working TARDIS that has not marooned you on a planet for ten years, go on, I wanna hear more." She said, slouching and lowering her brow.

"Er..." The Captain frowned.

"Come on, now!" She yelled. "Don't keep me waiting!"

The Captain sighed "Eddie I didn't mean it like that I was just saying mine was alittle more modern than the doctor's,I mean I have had this thing for three hundred years." He says patting his tardis.

"I'm sure your tardis is a hundred times better than mine, and with the doctor, susan, you and me we can get your tardis better than ever."he says with a smile to her.

"Honestly I've given up hope of ever seeing my TARDIS again. Just watch."

She outstretched her arm to him and then lifted it to hush him.

"Something's gonna happen that's gonna distract us...just...watch."

The Captain chuckled alittle and says to her for a moment being serious "I did miss you alot when I was in the other universe." He says looking to her for a moment.

Susan kept quiet over what type she had. Talk about LITERALLY out of the shop. She has no clue as to what new features it has over anything else. For all she knew it may have had more Desk top settings. How many did they have now? 139,413,001?
"I'll say one thing. If nothing happens along the way I'll suspect something."
She meant that as a joke, but who knows.

Irene and Sam let go of each other once the TARDIS stopped wobbling. Irene's eyes were two surprised points of green in her still smudged face. Sam was shaking and leaning against the TARDIS wall for support.

"What the... What the heck happened, guys?" He asked.

"Hmm." The Doctor was frowning. He seemed to be the only one who wasn't in the leastways effected by the relatively bumpy ride. "My TARDIS' flight pattern was just a little... off... Just a little." His eyebrows met in a V of concentration. "It was resisting the coordinates for some reason..."

In the silence, the TARDIS hummed. The lights were stale, and dimmer than normal. His TARDIS seemed edgy, frightened, somehow.

There was a suspenseful pause as the Doctor sat at the consul.

"What are the coordinates?" Sam said softly.

"Right next to the Ruler's TARDIS, on top of the library." The Doctor responded, just as quietly. Their words fell heavy in the quiet humming. Irene looked from Sam, to the Doctor.

"Howabouts we just go to my house." She said, loudly. Everyone seemed more comfortable now. The TARDIS' lights glowed with a more golden tinge.

"Good idea. Irene, speak your adress!" The Doctor said jovially.

Irene spoke her address at the Doctor, and the TARDIS rumbled off. In a few moments, the door opened and Irene was stepping into her own driveway.

"YESS!" Irene jumped. "Good old home!" She twirled in the air, then ran back inside. She threw her arms around Eddie, Susan, and the Captain in turn, she patted a confused looking Sorvad on the arm. Lastly, she turned to the Doctor and Sam.

"Take care of him, Doctor."

"I will, Irene." His voice had that reassuring quality to it. You knew you could trust him. He stood tall, his eyes were full of knowledge, but a playful half-smile occupied his lips.

"Hah, you don't have to worry about me, Irene." Sam's baseball bat was slung over his shoulder in a nonchalant way.

"Yes, I do, man."

"I'm not the one pressing buttons on unusual looking toasters." Sam grinned.

Irene was quite for a moment. "Touché." She muttered, then hugged him tight.

She hugged the Doctor, too, but she noticed his eyes were already on the consul. He probably wanted to go and investigate the strange way the TARDIS reacted when it was on the other coordinates.

Suddenly... "What... The... Hell." A boy was looking into the TARDIS. He had glasses, dark hair, and an incredulous look on his face. He was staring at the inside of the TARDIS open-mouthed.

"Dude!" Sam laughed.

"LEEROY!" Irene ran at the boy, tackled him, and the doors of the TARDIS slammed shut with a clang.

Sam snickered. "That's the guy she likes..."

The Doctor was smiling. "I gathered as much."

Again, the TARDIS was wobbling, but this time it was screaching persistantly. It landed.
Again, the strange humming and skittish quality.

Renfield was getting quite impatient. She had put the necessary DNA into the TARDIS' mainframe, a strand of hair. She assumed it would read it and understand that she was its new Master. Instead it moaned and groaned.

Renfield finally narrowed her brow and started hitting the DNA reader. She was close to food, the hunger came to her again, she was so close, she wasn't about to have a machine tell her it wasn't going to work.

She got up and kicked the DNA reader shut.

"I am Renfield!" She screamed. "I am a Gallifreyan as your precious Time Lords are! You are lost, as I am lost. You need me as I need you!" She yelled at the thing.

Ereptor knowledge on the TARDIS were very little. They did not know how it worked, but simply that on some level it was alive.

"I am not your enemy here, but if I have to eat you to live, I will! In your veins is the blood and life of your Time Lord, and I will have them if I must!"

The TARDIS quieted and thought for a moment. Then the lights brightened, losing the dim red color. And the computer screens popped on.

Renfield smiled and walked over to the consul.

"Renfield, the first Ereptor with her own TARDIS, imagine that! We should call you something, TARDIS, did your Time Lord give you a name?"

She could smell Time Lord in the TARDIS. The very things that made the metal of the machine were Time Lord. She looked to the computer screen, deciphering the Time Lord language (which was somewhat simliar to Ereptor language), and she started to gently stroke the TARDIS consul, figuring it would appreciate it.

"I think your field's been broken, TARDIS." Renfield said.

Suddenly there was a knock on the door. Renfield gasped and looked up.

"Oi!?" it was the Doctor. "Is someone in there?"

Time Lord.

She started to grind her teeth together, and they lengthened out of desperate hunger. She started to wander towards the door.

"Helloooooo?" The Doctor yelled.

"Oh look! The Ruler's TARDIS, I wonder where MINE is!?" It was Eddie.

Renfield stopped. She smelled the scent of more than one Time Lord. Three, perhaps five outside the door. She felt in her desperation she could have handled two Time Lords and all their wonderous sonic technology, but more than that she was setting herself up for defeat.

No, she'd have to regroup.

She turned to the consul and looked at it.

"TARDIS, I need to get away! Get far away! FAR AWAY!" She was yelling at it. "I can't read any of this, so you have to help me!"

She pulled some lever, punched some buttons, and presses a glowing button.

And the TARDIS was off.

As the Tardis landed and the doctor and eddie went to go see the ruler's tardis, the Captain looked over a few things in his tardis before steping out.

He walked out of his tardis and the doctor's just in time to see the ruler's tardis dematerialize and so he asked "Whats going on?Why did the ruler's tardis leave? How did it leave?"
PostPosted: Wed Feb 20, 2008 4:59 pm

The Doctor was blinking, staring at the empty space.

"What?" he said to the air. "What?"

"Doctor?" Sam urged.

"I was seriously joking when I asked if someone was in there."

"Doctor!"

"RIGHT! To my TARDIS, let us follow!" The Doctor grabbed Sam and Eddie by the arms and ran back to his TARDIS.

"C'mon Susan! Sorvad! Hey, Pilot!"

The Captain looked surprised as the Doctor shot past him, back into the TARDIS.

"I think his name is Cap-" Sam began, but the Doctor was hurriedly making sure everyone was inside while clicking buttons.

The TARDIS screeched in protest, but the Doctor ignored it, his face showing his excitement for the oncoming adventure.

The TARDIS stopped, it's lighting was so ominously dim that the small blue lights on Eddie's sonic wristbands stood out prominently.

"Let's see where we are, now." The Doctor's hands were on the door of his TARDIS.

The Captain sighed thinking he didn't know my name? When the tardis traveled and stoped he looked to the doctor listening to the tardis saying to him.

"Doctor, maybe you should listen to the tardis,I mean she wouldn't react this if it's life or yours was in mortal danger, and those are few times the tardis does this."
PostPosted: Wed Feb 20, 2008 8:01 pm

"It ran, didn't it? Whatever it was, it fleed from us... from fright? We'll be fine." The Doctor was tapping on the door, getting ready to open it.

He turned back to the Captain. "And if it would harm me, well... it's safer to know your enemy, than eventually have to face the unknown."

He pushed the door open.

"Oh-ho! I like this guy already! Good taste in scenery." There was a bright full moon in the velvet night, the TARDIS was surrounded by a creepy forrest. Under the moon, an erie castle occupied top of a hill.

"What?" Sam said, sharply. "Where are we?"

"Transylvania." The Doctor beamed.

"You mean... like... vampires?" Sam said uneasily.

"Yup!" The Doctor strode out of his Police Box.

Renfield was laughing.

"You read my mind!" She screamed at the doorway of the TARDIS. "You did didn't you!? I always thought it'd be funny to come here..."

She was in a castle up on a steep hill that overlooked the forest below. The TARDIS was at the top of the castle so she could see the dim lights of the village below. She breathed in the air, she loved the smell of this place. It had a real smell, not like where she'd come from, where it was full of smog and smoke and nasty things. Here was a real smell. A smell that carried with it the scents of any other place it'd been. The winds picked up and she laughed again.

She stepped out and looked back at the TARDIS, seeing how it blended perfectly as a gargoyle on the roof.

"They'll be looking for us won't they?" She sighed. "We'll have to get reinforcements...I have friends you know, we'll go and get them. Wait a minute."

She took a step closer to the edge.

"What's that?"

"STOP!"

She turned and looked to her left to see a troop of guards. She could tell they were guards because they carred with them swords and pikes and armor and looked like they were about to kill her.

"WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE!?" The gaurds called.

She looked out back to the lights that danced in the distance. Her eyes adjusted and she could see now they were not just lights. They were flames of an invading army.

It was Transylvania in the 1400s. The Turks were invading Vlad Dracul's castle.

"Oh my..." She muttered.

"WHAT ARE YOU -"

"I AM SERVANT TO THE MASTER!" She yelled back, she looked at the TARDIS. "Heh, master, get it? Ever read Dracula?"

"Servant?" A gaurd was approaching her.

"I serve the Master. I serve King Vlad." She bowed her head this time.

They took her then, put her up in the jails below the castle. Where the rats lived and the disobediant servants were punished.

"What strange clothes." A servant said.

She was standing at the jail bars, examining them, smelling the stench of death in the air.

The servant came to touch her and she turned with a fanged mouth.

There were five other servants in that jail cell, and in four minutes, it was just her and five corpses. They were easy, weak and hungry, frail. They were easy.

She plotted her escape, wiping her mouth.

"You know...you coulda left me back there...to my TARDIS, I coulda followed you, but no, see I somehow get dragged along into this."

"Aw come now, cheer up, Eddie!" The Captain was saying.

She looked around at the dark and damp forest.

"Well the scenery's certainly appropriate for my mood." She sighed.

Then an arrow shot across her feet. She looked up to see the flames of an enemy army.

"God damn it."
