Koori wrapped her arms around him. She cried into his shoulder.

Sakura exited the college, finally done all her paperwork. She let out a sigh of relief, and then remembered that she had to get ready for her guest. Grinning, she went to the grocery store (glad she had stalled going there before; she wouldn't have gotten enough to last), picking some food she liked as well as a variety of meal choices. Of course, Sai was on her mind again, but this time in a good way. He's back, he's back! was all that kept repeating in her head as she paid for hte large amount of groceries and slowly made her way back to the hotel.

After arriving back, she began to put away the groceries, when suddenly the hotel mananger came by, knocking on the already-open door. "Hello there, Ms. Sakura." he said, entering the room and examining the place. "Well, looks like you're preparing; that's good. Normally, I would be a bit wary, but you seem to be one of hte more trustworthy of the renters." he said, This was true; she tried to follow rules and asked about any possible changes, such as wall color and whatnot. Sakura stopped and turned as she noticed him enter. "Good afternoon, Mr. Scott. Well, yeah, that was what I was doing." she replied, gesturing to the few groceries that were left on the floor, that she had yet to get to. He gestured for her to continue working before speaking again, while Sakura finished hte groceries and straightened the room to make room for two:

"Well, you already know all the rules, but I brought up a list for your friend just in case. Just don't cause too much trouble for the other people, blah blah blah." Sakura noticed him pause to look at the board curiously, and in panic she quickly unpinned some of the papers, mainly to get the news article off hte wall. He didn't seem to notice her painc, and in fact continued. "Anyways, what did I come up here to say? Oh yes! We will go ahead and bring up an extra bed. Even though there's one in that chair, it's not very comfortable at all." "Oh, that's kind of you, but you don't have to-" "Nonsense, it's the least I could do to show my hospitality for others!" "Wow, thank you so much!" "It's no problem, my dear! Do you know when she will arrive?" he asked her, while polishing his glasses. "I'm not sure; I was going to go back out and bring her here." Sakura answered, and he nodded. "Alrighty then. Well, let me know when she arrives. As for now, I'll be on my way. It seems that Mrs. Hogan is causing an uproar again on the 16th floor." Sure enough, they could hear faint shrieking as he said this.

He then left, and Sakura finally finished. She then went back out to the city, to find Maryn and bring her back. She unknowningly left the papers she unpinned on the bed, the article on the bottom, but with the corner sticking out. In a nutshell, it talked about how her Uncle had escaped, why he did, what he got in trouble for, how Sakura's parents died, and pretty much everything about hte court case, including his threat to Sakura. THe two pictures where of her Uncle's jail photo, and a picture of Sakura and her family that had survived the fire.

Sakura continued to woder around the city, so far having no luck of findng Maryn. It was still snowing outside, but it was nice out. She sat down on one of the Central Park benches to take a break, and she watched with joy as a buch of little kids were having an "official" snowball fight. There was shouts of fun, and she couldn't help but smile as she watched them.

As she did, she began to hum to herself. It must have been the change of mood of the day so suddenly, so wonderfully, because the tune she thought on the spot was awesome. Qucikly, she pulled out her Music notepad and began to jot it down.

((The next day))

Orphis stood at the train station, his bags all packed. He sent Koori a letter telling her where he would be. He sat there, the time winding down for her. He had to go to Rome to figure out why god sent him here on earth, and why his wings grew pearl white. "I want to stay here, but i need to go to find out." He said to himself.
