Alli finished her meal, and went back to Frey. She snuggled up close to him, and fell asleep. She didn't even bother going up to the room the Princess gave her. It would tick off the maids, but she didn't care, she hid her bags up in the tree this time.

The next morning...
Alli woke up early, stretching and yawning. She jumped up, grabbing one of the bags off of the branches. She opened it up, and pulled out various bags full of food. She took out some beef jerky, and ate it, looking around. Frey snored a bit, and Alli giggled.

"Good morning." Alli looked up at him, chewing her breakfast. "How long have you been there?" She asked him, and stood up, placing the bag back in its place.

Alli looked at him. Back at her village she had learned to fight with daggers, and that was all she learned. She hadn't practiced in a while, and she was nervous to try swords.

Kanji threw over a katana which stuck blade down in the ground, inches from where Alli was sitting.

Alli pulled it out of the ground, trying several ways to hold it, until she found one that she felt comfortable in.

Kanji grabbed his katana and copied Alli's handling style. "Interesting, Yes. Anyway, First strike. The slash. And yes it is just what the name makes it sound like but there is a trick to getting it right. Watch" Kanji made the strike in mid air. "Now you try"

Alli copied him, concentrating on getting it right. Frey woke up, and watched silently.
