Hours later, the sun was far from being high above, already a little to the West. It's sometime in the afternoon, now.
Remebering something, Kat had checked the class' progress. So far, so good. Of course, it's been hours. Kat gathered the class to one spot. Valdis looked indifferent. Mew looked bored. Cayne looked like she still needed a little more sleep.
She tells them [the class] to go back to the classroom and wait for her. They did as told.
Kat ran to the gates of Yin and arrived at a certain area there. This was where mail was either dropped off to be be received or picked up to be sent. The black-haired teacher motioned to her mailbox and opened this curiously.
It's been a while since she's checked this. She's received a few letters from her clan. Probably nothing new with them, she thought. A few other letters were from her friends from far countries and nations. Of all these, one thing interested her: a package.
She took this. It smelled funny, and it was badly wrapped. However, it was properly secured as to not open it by accident. Kat doesn't usually receive things like these. There was only one thing she could think of --- one person she could think of that would give this to her.
[Kat]
"Hn."
*smirks*

The eel had telekinesis and Crux found that out the hard way. He may have dodged it but his own arrow scrapped his knee.
[Crux]
Better finish this quickly. It's the eye that gives his power.
[Ooc]
He took another arrow from his worn-out quiver. This time he didn't load it in the crossbow instead he charged towards the eel. He pierced the large red eye with his trusty arrow. The strange creature screeched a very high pitch scream. Falling back, he thought of his next move.
[Crux]
Okay, he's blind now.
*puts several arrows at once inside his crossbow*
*pulls trigger and the arrows shoot directly at its target*

The eel panicked due to its blindness and squirmed its body around. Its tail hit Crux while he was off guard and it threw him hard to the wall. He opened one of his eyes and saw the eel was approaching to eat him. It opened its large jaws and was about to strike him. Even though it didn't have its eyesight, it still had its sense of smell.

The evil eel's blow was strong and powerful. Crux banged the wall quite hard. The teenager flinched at his wounded arm. He looked up and large jaws were striking to him. Getting up, he had an idea to end all this in hope to move on.
[Crux]
Come on closer...closer...now!
[Ooc]
The dark-haired boy jumped inside of the eel's mouth. He slid down the creature's throat and before dropping into the stomach acids below, he drew another arrow and cut it's esophagus open. {{sorry, for the gross stuff.}} Crux headed towards it's heart and pierced it deeply.

Crux defenitely defeated the eel, but he was covered in green goo after..

The little girl still didnt seem very suspicious....but crux was running out of time...

He hopped down the dead creature. The little girl came out of her hiding place. She ran to him and hugged him tight as if to say i'm glad you're okay. He hugged back and carried her around his shoulders.

Thank you for worrying, little one. I'm alright, no biggie.
[Ooc]
He did all he could to cheer up the sullen girl.
[Crux]
I bet you have the nicest view on the planet.

She never smiled since their first meeting. The teenager hurriedly rushed through the maze at an amazing speed too. Midway through, Crux sensed another strong ambiance. One that is darker than the eel's. He slowed down and listened to what was about to come.

Crux may hav defeated the eel...but there was another enemy waiting for him...he was still a long way from his goal...Crux was holding the little girl's hand and felt an evil presence at the same time. When suddenly, she started to scream!

AAAHH! my arm!
[Ooc]
screamed the girl in pain, Crux bent down and looked at the girl's arm and saw there was a huge sratch/wound on her arm, the enemy was near...

She notices the thermos on the table and thinks to herself, "Uh oh. This is bad..."

Mello raised her eyebrow. Didn't she just tell them what it was? It was her latest juice. She had made it last night with the hope of letting her students drink it for their daily training.
[Mello]
"It's a stamina drink that can help you increase your stamina during battle. So you can last a much longer time during battle than you used to." *grins* "I made it myself! Go try it!!" *widens grin and hands them both a glass full of the juice* "Tell me how it is!!"

Crux became angry at the sudden gash on the little girl's arm. He tore a streak of his shirt and wrapped it tightly around her arm to stop the bleeding. She was crying. He put on a brave face for her. He lifts her tiny chin to meet his eyes.
[Crux]
You'll be fine, little one. Please stop crying.
[Ooc]
After he mentioned words of comfort, the teenager kissed the little girl's forehead. He hoped that she would smile for him for that is all that he wants to see on her gloomy face. Standing up, he wandered forward in attempt to meet his opponent.
[Crux]
I know you're out there. You hurt my little one! Show yourself!

Everyone was going back up to the classroom, so once again, Cayne had to wake up.

just when i thought i can finally rest, i end up getting disturbed again she thought

A black cat with highlights in its fur of familiar purple color walked into the classroom with a package at mouth. It jumped with no difficulty at all on Kat's table, placing the package down before staring at the class.
It looked at Louhi who was staring back at it, watching it. It looked at Mew who sort of had a bland expression. One couldn't tell. It looked at Cayne who was sleeping once more, head on arms on her table. Does the kid have some problem or something?
Everyone watched said black feline. What could it be possible doing here? a student may think. Or What the heck is a cat doing on sensei's table? Or Where's Kat-sensei? Is she insane to leave us with a cat?
Ah yes, only Louhi knew this was Kat. No one knew that she could turn into this cat. Kat the Cat. The cat is Kat. Maybe that's why she tells people to call her Kat. It's probably not even her real name.
But really, what is this cat doing?
