She grinned and tugged him along hbehind her into the house, entering through the sliding glass doors at the same time that Canti closed the door on Jak. She looked up and glard at her sister, more cranky from being woken up, then anything else.
"Where have you been? Suru's been missing snce the afternoon, and hasn't been home all night."
Ophelia cringed a little but [ulled Saber behind her, nevertheless.
"Out, with a friend. This is Saber, Canti."

Saber followed her inside, his eyes glancing from one thing to the next. When hearing another girl's voice, he stopped behind Opheliah and looked over her to the other girl. He guessed the she was her sister so he waved a little. "Hello."

Canti just nodded and spat,
"Nice to meet you."
She turned to her sister and snapped drily,
"If you hear from Suru, call Jak. He's worried sick. I'm goign back to sleep."
She made her way up stairs, none too quietly.
Ophelia turned back to Saber, wincing.
"She's usually MUCH better tempered. Soemthing big must have gone down while I was out."

He raised a brow at Canti but said nothing. He had thought it was something he did..or didn't do..or something until Opheliah spoke up. "Oh, well, did you need me to go then? I don't want to get in the way if something happens..."

Po knocked lightly on the front door, not wanting to wake Canti if she managed to get some sleep.

She shook her head and kissed his cheek, turning her back to rummage around in the fridge for a sec, before pulling out a tub of salsa and a 2 litre of soda, then to the cabnet for totilla chips..
"Not a chance. I don't want you to leave yet."
She smiled over her shoulder slyly.
"Care to rsk the dark domain that is my room?"

silverfox_angel Po knocked lightly on the front door, not wanting to wake Canti if she managed to get some sleep.
Phelia jumped and darted to the door, murmuring, "Just a second, Saber."
She pulled the door open and her face fell. It wasn't Suru.
"Hey, Po. Canti just went up stairs, go on up."
She smiled and stood back to let him in, then closed the door behind him.

Saber raised a brow again then grinned. "You're room, eh? Don't think it's too soon?" Of course, he didn't mean certain activities but He'd never been invited up to a girl's room on the first day. When she went to answer the door, he simple stood there, his thumbs stuffed in his pockets.

Po nodded to Ophelia as he followed her in, his expression worried.
"Thank you...did she sleep any? Do you know if Suru came back?"

She shook her head lightly.
"I haven't been here," she lied, "Bu Canti said he hasn't been home. She did look like she had gotten some sleep, and said she was going back. Yoou should go up and . . . Oh!"
She darted back into the kitchen and tugged Saber in, smiling warmly.
"Po, this is Saber, Saber, Canti's boyfriend, Po."

Po eyed Saber curiously, taking note of Ophelia''s smile.Having never seen so genuine a smile on her before, he was intrigued, but had deeper concerns for the time being.
"Nice to meet you." He held out a hand to shake, a pleasant, if distracted smile offered.

She grinned, broadly and continue what she'd been saying before.
"Anyway, you should go on up and cuddle with her. I know she'd love to see you first thing, especially with the mood she's in."
Her words were blunt, but te tone was sympathetic and understanding enough.

Saber looked from Opheliah to Po, brow raised. He hoped Canti's boyfriend wasn't as grumpy as Canti seemed to be. He smiled slightly, just as he had before meeting Opheliah, the took Po hand in a nice grip. "Nice to meet you as well."

"I was planning on doing just that beautiful. I know she's worried sick right now...we all are..."
Giving Ophelia a light hug, he turned and ran up the stairs. Slipping quietly into his beloved's room, he slid under the blankets, pulling her into his arms and holding her close.

Phelia smiled after Po lightly, then looke back to Saber, smile warming further.
"HE's a very sweet guy. My sister is a painter, and I had no idea for years. Po got he to open up to us about it."
She slipped her hand into his and snagged their food.
"Coming?"
Canti groaned and started to push away, before opening half asleep eyes and seeing Po. She sighed softly, wordlessly, and curled up in his arms, going back to sleep with asoft, whispered admission,
"I'm scared, Po . . . "
