Yuna awoke the next day to find herself on her cloud of shadows. "AAhh!!" she screamed but then immediately covered her mouth when she saw blake and maverick sleeping too, akamaki guarding maverick's body.

Blake then saw something move out of the corner of his eye. Quickly turning his head, he saw a shadow of a human. "But how is that possible? There's nobody around and it's broad daylight." Before he could get a good look at the shadow, it started walking away.It looked back, expecting something. "Yuna, come on. I think it wants us to follow him." Blake told her. He picked up Maverick and began moving.

Akamaki woke up and shifted to a wolf when she saw Blake with Maverick in his arms. Then she started to growl at Blake. "put. him. down.." she growled.

Blake wasn't about to let his only chance of saving Maverick slip by. "Listen, i can save him. Just get out of my way!" He then ran past the wolf, and followed the shadow.

Yuna's shadow cloud moved swiftly hovering next to blake. "Where are you going?" she asked.

Not looking back, Blake kept running. "Are you telling me you can't see it? There's a shadow over there that wants us to follow it!" He then reached where the shadow went and gasped in amazement. "This is it!"

Yuna hopped off of her shadow cloud as it disappeared and she stood next to blake. "Where are we?" she asked.

Seeing Blake run past her she started to run after him. Shifting to a Cheetah she ran after him catching up to him. "what are you following?" she growled.

Walking through a thick forest, they eventually find a bridge leading to a temple. "This is it! The temple i was talking about!" He began to run towards it when something stopped him. A giant stone wolf stood in their path.  HP:2500
DEF: +50 for every attack

As Akamaki saw the stone wolf she shifted to her wolf form and stood in a ready stance. "why did you bring us here?" she asked in a growl.

"This is the place i was looking for this whole time!" He then placed Maverick down, and drew his sword. "We're going to need to find a weak point in the guard's armor!" He swung his sword at the wolf, barley scratching it.

"Hmm....OH!!" yuna exclaimed as she stuck her staff into the ground. "Be unmerciful, Ni-kisone, to our opponent. Bring destruction and chaos to its mind. become one with me...free the beast of carnage that lives within you..." she chanted as her hair once again grew longer, her nails sharper, fangs grew in place, and eyes turned blood red cat eyes. "Now this, is something worth fighting for..." said Ni-Kisone as she bared her fangs and hissed at the stone guardian.

Akamaki shifted to a rabbit and darted underneath the stone wolf then she shifted to a lion and lunged at the underside of the wolf causing a little damage.

"This is getting us nowhere." Blake said. Raising his sword, a beam of light shone on the top of the wolf's head. Suddenly, he thought of an idea. "Akamaki, get me to the top of the wolf's head!"
