Toan turned around at the sound of an soft voice and saw a young girl about 15 or 16"Oh I live downstairs i just heard a odd noise and" he then looked at her carefully and the outline of wings could be made out eminating from her back.Hm seems that shes not a real angel but just sort of an copy of one, I need to see how this came to be. he thought to himself. He then snaped back out of his little thinking moment back to real life "Oh sorry lost track for a second but yes I live downstairs and there was a odd scratching noise, turns out just to be a dog. Is she yours? Shes a lovely dog looks like an hybrid. he then began to scratch the dog behind the ear a bit.

Shana stopped when Toan began to scratch behind her ear, shutting her eyes as one of her back legs kicked. Her tail wagged at the compliments and the scratching, the same large grin still on her black muzzle.

Horatio saw the girls waiting by the door and walked up to them. He looked to Mallorie and smiled.

She just stared at that man for a while, getting the impression that there was more to him, then was being seen. She shook her head, "you can say that she has an attachment to me.. Don't you girl.. ready for dinner?" She asked, not sure if she was right in her hunch that this wolf might be her student.
She looked at the man and walked by him, her pale white-blue eyes warily watching him, and letting him know she didn't trust him. Reaching into a pocket hidden on her skirt she opened the door. Looking over her shoulder she spoke again. "You are welcome to join us if you want to sir. I have more then enough here for 6 people." She said as she pushed the door all the way open.
It revealed a single bedroom apartment, that was clean and sparsely furnished. It had a simple plain tan couch and matching sette, that had both seen better days. the coffee table was banged n nicked beyond repair. A few potted plants of various species were growing there around the room. There was no television, but in the back of the room was a state of the art computer.
In the kitchen/dining room there was a plain white table with mismatched chairs, also beat up. Sin walked into the kitchen placing the food on the counter. she got a huge mixing bowl from a cupboard and filled it to the top with water for the wolf. "her you go..... shana....? And sir please hurry up and make your mind up about coming in or not, i don't want to have a large electricity bill." she said it coming out in a odd question form.

Shana's tail wagged as she lightly trotted after Sin, curiously sniffing at most of the objects in the room. When she heard her name Shana's ears perked up, her tounge lolling out again as she walked trotted over to Sin. Her tail wagged as she bent her head to gratefully drink large amounts of the water, and after several moments she had her fill. Shana looked around the kitchen, trying to see what she had on the counter but too short in her current form to do so. So instead she went back to curiously sniffing around Sin's apartment room.

Sin noticed the perking of the wolfs ears at the mention of the name. "I thought so." she made a mental note of herself. Sin watched as shana went around using her sense of smell to familiarize herself with the apartment. Shana's room was completely locked. IT even had a pad lock on the outside of the door.
"My name is ... Ms. Terror. Sin Terror. And you aren't intruding at all. Actually I would like to get to know my new neighbors. I just moved in three days ago." she said lightly. Walking into the kitchen she got a glass out of the cupboard, and poured some green tea into it from a pitcher in the fridge.
Back in the kitchen she began to sing lightly under her breath in a amazingly beautiful natural voice as she prepared the food. soon the smells of lightly seasoned fried chicken was wafting through the house. In another pan she had put alfredo sauce with pre boiled noodles to heat.
She continued to sing in her beautiful voice quietly so not to disturb either person in her apartment.

Shana's tail wagged as Sin pulled the man inside, walking over to him to lightly lick his hand before scampering off into the kitchen with Sin. She sniffered around a bit in there too before moving under the table, turning around a few times before laying down with her head on her paws to watch Sin with her pale-blue eyes. Her ears were standing up, listening to her quiet yet very beautiful singing, every now and then her nose lightly twitching from the smell of her good cooking.

Looking at Shana, sin asked her a question. "You gonna join me..us... at the table for dinner.. This has little bones in it" It was more a statement then a question..
Sin looked at that man on her couch." By the way I told you my name... what is your's sir?" she asked in a polite respectful toned voice. Just then a soft jingling sound went off in her blazer pocket. She just left him at the door while she went about her business. readying dinner.
Scampering around the counter to get her cell phone, she answered it.. "Hello.. Yes this is her.. Oh Governor Todashi how are you this evening? Me, I am fine. My first day as a teacher in the high school went well. Busy right now.. kind of cooking dinner....... Thank you for this opportuninty I will do my best though I still say I am not qualified...... I don't care if I am an alumni from three top colleges, my age says otherwise..... Ok good night then." Though it was a short call, she felt irritated with that man.
She thought all poloticians were evil to begin with. She placed the little black and purple cell phone on the counter and stirred her noodles and sauce fumigating over the governor.

Mallorie and Trisha just stared blankly at the kid for a second.
Mallorie felt like she should know something that she didn't. "Um...excuse me?" she asked hesitantly, feeling stupid.

Shana blinked, her gaze slowly turning to Toan; did he also know that she wasn't just a plain wolf, that she was part human? Shana lightly scootched backwards under the table a little so it was harder for Sin to see her. She wasn't supposed to change from form to form in front of people who didn't know about it, Shana wanted to avoid trouble if possible.

Seeing Shana's discomfort made Sin realize she had blundered in error. "oh sorry didn't mean to upset you. I will pull the meat off the bones and you can still sit at the table like that if you want.. Just don't be messy or you get clean up after wards. " Was her statement. Thought teasing the warning was meant.
Looking at the man in her doorway, she still didn't trust him.. it was odd why she felt this way.

Shana watched the wall across the room, wondering when her parents would get home. They were usually busy working, but half the time or more at least one of them was home before Shana got back from school. She wondered why they were late, also wondering how they would react knowing that she was in practically a stranger's appartment.

This was a typical thing for her. Her friends always told her what a blonde she was.
"All right," she said, "where do you wanna go?"
Trisha just looked curiously between the two of them.
