You won't hit me and you won't catch me. Ninja vacations are hardly relaxing.
The trees and undergrowth of the forest moved quickly to cover over all available paths for the man carrying Syoku to take. Soon he would be surrounded by a wall of treetrunks, thorned vines and prickly bushes.
Nyl's eyes narrowed in concentration. It was harder, now that her wings were chakra-fueled, to use them and so much tsuchi at the same time. Still, she was nearly caught up to this new man now.

The man panicked a bit, then took out a knife and started hacking at the vines. Syoku could be heard cring, and soon the bag burst into pure flames as the girl fell to the ground hard and started running off quickly away from the man.

Nyl landed, running to intercept Syoku. She picked her up and took off again, flying straight up until she was high above the trees.
One thorned vine reached silently from behind the man and started to tighten around his throat.

The man felt the vines around his neck suddenly as she struggled, then vrought the knife up to his throat to cut the vine, but her slipped and hit his throat, stabbing himself in the neck and dieing nearly instantly. (( Muahaahahahahahhh!!! ))

(( Twue, very twue. >3 )) The girl was curled up in Nyl's arms crying in fear. She didn't know what was happening, but... she felt a strong breeze... she opened her eyes and looked around... she was flying...? No, Nyl was! She stared up at Nyl's face, then her wings in amazement, seeming to have forgotten the whole incident.

"Told you I'd take you flying once I got back." Nyl smiled for Syoku's benefit, though she was looking at the dojo roof. She landed on that, letting her wings disappear. She didn't dare put Syoku down, but she needed some kind of a break.

Clow walked down the long hallway, with his eyes closed and his hands pocketed, going nowhere in particular. He began to whistle quietly before he opened his eyes halfway and entered the Main Room

Sighing, he knew he'd rather relax, but he narrowed his eyes some, and began walking through the Main room to the door. To the roof...

The girl hugged NYl tightly, happy, but still afraid of the bad men. "Thank wou Ms. Nyl..."She vowed to herself that she would draw her the best picture she could mustur tonight!

"Syoku...I'm sorry." Nyl could feel herself starting to shake. She forced herself to stop, to stand still and at least appear outwardly calm.

His feet landed on the roof gracefully with a small thud, before he turned around and loked up to the sky, with a near expressionless face as he began to scout the sky for Nyl. His hands still remained in his pockets like usual.

The girl stared at Nyl confused, then hugged her as tightly as she could muster, not having much strength in the first place, as she tried to clam Nyl down and make her happy! "Ms. Nyl... you otay?"

"I'm okay, Syoku. Are you?" The girl's hug made Nyl smile, and she offered a gentle hug back. "I...I'm sorry I left you alone."
She looked up at Clow, who was standing there trying to look indifferent.
"Thank you, Clow. I apologize for disturbing you."
