What does it means? What is Preparation H cream? Either: 1. Some cream for wounds. 2. Vaginial Fungi cream.

G.E.N.O. Yeah, well, it's not true. If you don't believe me, look it up, or translate it.
It roughly means "We are all citizens of Berlin." Signifying the fall of the Berlin wall (which seperated East and West Berlin), and the fact that we all share the same space (Earth), so we should always try to get along.
And I was just being silly when I first replied... stare But a Berliner is the name of a jelly-donut I believe. And I Googled Berliner and one of the first images was a jelly-donut. (I know Google isn't that much of a reliable source, but still.)

Lavableman I hate all donuts unless they're chocholate glazed or double chocholate (Or whatever it's called). Do you mean devil's foodcake?

Masamune 5.0 But a Berliner is the name of a jelly-donut I believe. And I Googled Berliner and one of the first images was a jelly-donut. (I know Google isn't that much of a reliable source, but still.) But it's not known as a Berliner inside of Germany. According to Wiki the grammar of Kennedy's German was perfect and couldn't be misunderstood.
