back from a crazy busy day. will be printing off my slides and quiz for this week, then working on homework from the time dinner is done til time for role playing at 8, so needless to say, i'll get some packing done tomorrow prolly. I think i wanna pack the office...
oh and sis, the house is PERFECT for us! not too big, not too small! beautiful inside! can't wait to be in there and show you pics. I'll webcam it and give you the tour when i get the cable changed down there!
we will rent for one year, then go into a lease option and be paying the same amount for 15 years, then we OWN it! woot woot woot

I totally understand. I had to cook. we did mackerel patties (kenzie wasn't a fan of them) and then I organized the pantry and got dinner dishes done, started packing away things I don't use on a regular basis in the kitchen. it's starting to come together.
will rp with you next time. I'll prolly be here later tonight (8 my time) so that I can keep yang company.

just did our budget. working out the saving for the down on the house and figuring out how much we have to go toward furniture and new appliances too... so that will be a done deal then I have to look at the calendar and see when we could move.

I only just realized just how much I have yet to do sis and it's gonna drive me bonkers! I have to get all the utilities taken care of and then I have to get the following: refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, range, dishwasher, microwave, washer, dryer, lawn mower, weed eater, grill, couch, tables for living room, lamp set, kitchen table set-- there's one at kmart I wanna get. and then I can work on bedroom (ours) the girls' is just about done, i'll be doing a focal wall in their room, but that can come later. and that will be all the work I have to do on the house.
