I think the point most people are missing with healthcare reform is that if you like what you're currently doing for insurance, you can keep it.

You know the US system does need serious work, but speaking as a Canadian, I do have to point out the fact that free does not really mean free. It means balanced, egalitarian perhaps. But it most certainly is not free.
Still MIA, but for less than a week. Lock up your sons, PeeGee is comin' back. scream

Ms. Karen Starr You know the US system does need serious work, but speaking as a Canadian, I do have to point out the fact that free does not really mean free. It means balanced, egalitarian perhaps. But it most certainly is not free. Really? I must say that the health care does suck. Just recently my work got ride of the part timer health insurance.
But when I was preggy I got free health care. Even though i was a full time student and had my parents insurance, the state I currently life in paid all the rest of my hospital bills, Rora's bills and the price of my surgery when nothing seems to happen the normal way.
when i was broke and in need I got free health care for my daughter and myself. Granted the health care sucked and i had to drive around forever to find the people but it still helped me out.Quote: Still MIA, but for less than a week. Lock up your sons, PeeGee is comin' back. scream See ya when you get back Oni.

How nerdy are you? Not as nerdy as the people with the Gundam wedding. To be fair, these people are obviously pretty damn cool too.

I don't have the slightest idea of what's Gundam -other than it is a cartoon of course- But I love that bright and shiny big robot.

I hope everyone in that huge crowd brought a gift to the reception. whee
I feel like more people should have been forced to cosplay. The Groom looks rather alone being the only one. sweatdrop
I'm just saying, for my ubergeek wedding, it's not just going to be dressed up weird, or not just me and the groom, or just the wedding party. WHOLE THING. Even Grandma's going to have to dress to the theme.

Captain Hal Jordan personally...i kinda want to recreate the Green Arrow/Black Canary wedding...
...now need a woman willing to wear white leather and white fishnets down the aisle. ...you might wanna save that for the honeymoon. :B I can't say I ever imagined fishnets walking down the aisle as a little girl.
I rather like theme weddings, but I don't know if I'd have an especially nerdy one. (In the comic book sense at least.) I do kind of like the idea of sticking everyone in the wedding party in Edwardian fashion clothing. 3nodding

I'll even stab you in the neck with an arrow on our wedding night, just to make it authentic.
