Yes, they do, but they're rather ugly... the hood draws shut around your face. It's weird.
They're Called "In Da Hood" Sweaters. I bought a white one once, and then sold it. One of the few items I've ever gotten rid of. gonk

There's a jacket wth a hoodie... I forget what it's called, but they look like the kind of thing people wear when it's chilly out (especially in New England where winters are harsh and summers are worse o_O ).

Cowpuppy There's a jacket wth a hoodie... I forget what it's called, but they look like the kind of thing people wear when it's chilly out (especially in New England where winters are harsh and summers are worse o_O ). It's worse there than in San Fransisco. San Fransisco actually warms up at times
