Lazy kage = lv 50 peson
Accademy student who actually keeps training and improving and for any given reason never takes on the gennin selection exam = same leve as a kage if he expends time training.
Remember rank means only that you have took a certain task to become jonin or what ever. Naruto is a Gennin and he fight at the same level as a jonnin. Why ? Cause he never took the exams.

yeah that may be so...but you can't become a Kage unless you can beat that Kage, since the Kage is the strongest in the village.

Just so you know rofl AHEM!!! -_- Its not new.. Its several years old.. We just edited it a littel so it would be better for this guild.. The system it self is about 8-9 years old or so..

Not at all... but in a naruto based guild fighting is something that might happen every day to you or might happen now and then, but someday it will happen ^_^

Well there soon won't a Hidden Cloud Kage anymore, because Kenkaru's insisting that everyone must know the battle system....and quite frankly...i just can't be bothered with it...
