Ursel grabbed a steak from the kitchen, and began devouring it. He lay down on the counter, and thought about what to do next.

"Argh!" Kevin moaned. He let go of Misty and staggered back a couple steps. He put his gun away and gripped his arm in the spot he was slashed.

Once Misty was free, she ran to the door. She hesitated a bit, not wanting to leave Zain alone, but she knew she'd just be a burden. She ran out of the room, heading down the hallway.

Iris put her head against Isaac's chest and closed her eyes to enjoy the fact that Isaac was holding her like he was.
