Guys im gunna stop the arugement right now you dont need to be taught how to activate a Bloodline The rules are your Bloodline will first become active in a deathly situtation are emenese emotional Stress, now i will be reviewing a couple of things in a sec and Posting an annoucnement okies so stop the fighting Once that announcement is done The Exam will be Closed and i will Reveal who has passed and to what rank.

- Jutsu Descriptions (May take a couple of weeks)
- Custom Jutsu's (I wouldnt Get comfortable using them as they all may be taken away ^.^ Sorry)
- Advanced Weapons and Adnvace Weapon class
- Taijutsu Styles
