1500 characters max. Same price for any size, I'm assuming. But the price is actually pretty minuscule. O_O around 640 for 657 members.

Interesting. I thought it said in the announcement that it's pricier when the size is bigger or something.

It did, so price shouldn't be much of a problem for us sweatdrop I'm internally debating whether or not to extend sympathy to those guilds that keep sending me random invites and have a zillion inactive members.

You have to motivate those in your guilds to start being active, rather then hope and pray they'll do so on their own. I wouldn't feel sorry for them so much as suggest some games and such.
