She skidded to a stop as she caught the scent of a big buck. She didn't want to stop, but she didn't want to take too long getting back to Rin.
He parked next to Rin's car and sniffed the air. He caught Erin's scent but was down wind from anything else.

She closed her eyes but didn't turn to face him. She'd let him speak but wasn't sure if she would. She kept still and quiet.
He started into the woods. He wasn't sure if he should howl for Roy or not.

She bit her lip as she felt his touch. She still didn't move.
He caught Roys scent intertwined with Erins. "s**t." He ran after the trail.

She moved away from his hand and turned slowly, opening her eyes as she did so. She couldn't meet his eyes.

She nodded slowly waiting for him to get angry again. She leaned against the tree, her legs felt like jelly.
He stopped when he could hear them and see them clearly. Things seemed to be alright so he just watched for now.
