I posted short because I had him offer Maximos the first move. This guy is pretty ancient, so he has been around the block a few times. There is no way he is going to start a fight, unless he sees a reason too.

Except the man already mentioned that he was giving Maxi the first move, thusly mentioning he wanted to fight. So I went with it. Since winning the fight is afterall, the only way out.
