@Jen- Delete your cookies/internet files. It was doing that for me until I just did that sweatdrop Though I needed to delete the internet files because cookies just didn't cut it when I tried the first time.
It should work after that ^^

Meri: That's basically what control added to F5 does. It ignores the cache and completely loads the page.
Eclipsed: Cookies wouldn't do much except log her out. The internet files is a different story, but adding the control and F5 would ignore the files to completely load the page.
