Sighing she shruged there was no getting past this; "I'm River." She stated matter-of-factly since it was her name. Shrugging at the man she stepped back away from the bar to set her empty tea cup in the sink. "What is your deal? Is pretty boy all into himself?" River shot smartly narrowing her eyes as she moved around the kitchen cleaning little things. Peoples reactions where everything to her now-a-days so she would wait for his.

Sencu and Rentue looked at everyone talking and such but they watched Allen closely.

Allen arched a blonde eyebrow, "River, eh?" He asked, folding his legs. "Well, it's nice to meet you." He said, "And pretty boy is technically supposed to be dead, but we'll keep that to ourselves, won't we?" He said as if it were a threat. "And that's absolutely right, Trina. My ex-wife, for instance. She was fine with me until I gave her a child that was... less than normal." He explained, "Last I heard, she killed him once she found out I was 'dead'."

Trina had no problems with keeping another's secret. But his tone made double sure of that. "...Okay." She said simply, then translating the rest. Her dark eyes widen. "...She murdered a child? Your rope friend?" That was a horrible thing...to take the life of an innocent. Children should be protected...not harmed. Trina is silent then, studying this man. He spoke of it so...lightly? But then again, who was she to judge. "I'm very sorry to hear such news of your child." She says softly, eyes on the floor now.

((*Edits!!)) Trina nods. "Yes...thank you very much River. I feel much better." All evidence of injury, except the tears in her torso armor, are gone, except the broken arm she had pulled onto her lap. Trina had not been wearing her cloak when she had entered.

Allen bowed his head, "To respect the memory of my son, I'd rather not discuss it any more." He said, straitening his clothing once he stood up strait again. "I do believe a nap is in order, though." He said sitting down on the couch, "Nice meeting you." he added before dozing off almost instantly.

((Or was that even for me? Hmm...)) Trina blinked at him in surprise. That...was odd. "He...is very strange." She said, looking back at River. "To lose a child...that must be awful." Trina said, dark eyes thoughtful. "I don't remember there being children on my planet...were they on yours?" She asks softly, as if to avoid waking the sleeping man and as if to make sure she could mention River's home world.

Trina makes a note to herself. She would not mention River's planet again. Not if it caused her friend discomfort. "As you wish." She said simply, easily. "I'm rather glad to be back. Though I'm not entirely sure where I was...or how I found home again, but I am glad all the same." Trina smiled, almost apologetically. "I don't believe I'll leave it again." She said, nodding to herself. "May I assist you with...er...what you are doing?" Trina asked. She knew that River was cleaning, but not sure why. Trina didn't eat after all.
