^^
Sorry, that's been on my chest since someone said that a certain group of playable elves only lived for 1500 years.
(math mumbo jumbo, makes Piper 10, Malik 40)

By some elven age converter I found, Piper is like 21 and Malik is 33.
Gotta love the different age interpertations.

(Mostly, its a cultural perception of age, or a percentage of life completion)
Perception, you'd probably be right, percentage, mine.
It doesn't really mater to tell you the truth.
In some views, elves actually mature at the same rate as humans, because there would be few elven children so they would need to adapt to adult life more readily in order to be more of a part of society. In that case, Piper would have been an adult for over a centry.
It more or less comes down to perception.
Compared to Malik, and probably most elves, Piper is still considered a child.
Tarathiel's people are so aged that you have to be 1000 to be considered an adult.

Yes she is on the curve between being a child and adult, depends on personal perference after all. Some consider elves children till they're 150.
If you really want to call him a *****, think about when they met, she was only 113. There's some age for ya.
And applause Malik, great job on protecting your girls honor there...
Why couldn't you keep me standing there longer so I could hear that?
Because Sevilin can pick it up with his little spy runes and tell you himself and then you can be mad then?
I hate you.

I don't see anything to 'defend her honor' about. he called Malik a b*****d and a *****. and Malik quite frankly doesn't give a s**t what Tara thinks about it heh.

I just think it funny how he rags on Zahara and Sevilin when they take shots are her and what not, then doesn't say anything about Tarathiel doing it. Since he pretty much called her nothign but a child along with its connotations.
Mere observation.

but that wasn't a shot at her. Zahara and Sevilin make comments about her lineage and her actually connection to Malik, not to mention racial slurs. Tara just called Malik a *****, and he basically treated like he was just talking out of the other end of his body.
big difference between tara calling malik a *****, and sevilin calling piper a surface trash pet.

In Salvatore's Drow language. the word for non-drow also means s**t.
Unfortunately, I don't think the same connection is made by Greycompany.
So, I'll try using what I know of Insults to make up the difference.

That makes perfect sense.
In Grey Company, I couldn't find an insult for surface elves. Do know that Tel'gothrom is the insult when speaking directly of drow though.

Shrug. Learning another language right now is out of my capacity, as I need more brain power for school... damn school...
So, I intend to keep it in the realms of common. Thinking back to all the greatest insults I have seen in movies and in liturature...
Funny, the best ones usually are deeply personal and have no connection to specific language or words.

But of course, they come from the bitter black and shrunken heart of insult and evil.
