I like that the mask matches the cloak, but don't get the skin part. There may be a story with it, and if so, it's probably better than an eight.

but the bottom seems like it needs some more blue

A little simple.

Yeah, I've been trying to find something blue that matches, as the top has too much in comparison. The flower bands have been the only things that I have found, so far, that works with the layering. It'll have to be worked on.
