Alpha sighed picking up Zadina "If you wanted a spell like that you should have asked me to do it. But still you did well"
Seph cast a blizzaga spell over the area "The area should cool down shortly." she called to Hebal before noticing Itaka "You ok?" she asked walking over to him.

Satoshi grinned watching the attack as expected from him. That mage could be useful. Too bad it took up so much of his energy
Felina wasn't sure whether to check up on Zadina or Itaka first. Upon seeing Alpha taking care of Zadina she decided to go to Itaka. She examined the shoulder the nethicite was in "I think I could remove that with a spell if your up to it. But is it in deep?"

Itaka grunted "Heh well this thing is pinning me to the wall right now so I'd say it's in pretty deep considerin it's gone all the way through" he laughed
Zadina opened his eyes, dark like before, "Get off of me old man!" he said sending out a shockwave knocking back Alpha. Before floating down to the ground.
Oassu slowed his steps as he ran towards Zadina now looking pretty intimidating as dark shadows appeared under his eyes.
Itaka laughed a little as blood appeared at his mouth "You might wanna....take a look at Zadina first" he said wiping away the blood. "Kids goin a little psycho."
Zadina looked about himself "Where am I?! This isn't Skear's peak" he glanced about noting Satoshi Alpha and Hayate "You three....again..." he frowned

Alpha picked himself up scratched his head oh great the kid has a split personality "A long time has passed since then"
Seph gave Zadina a confused look "What are you talking about? We left there ages ago" she took a step forward cautiously.

Satoshi remained where she was. But cast a glare in the elf's direction.
Hayate forwned "I don't think thats the same Zadina" he whispered to Oassu.
Felina quickly glanced at Zadina and frowned before turning back to Itaka "Its the job of a white age to put healing first besides if you are left like this too long you'll die." Her hands began to glow a shade of bright blue as she slowly pulled the nethicite out of his shoulder "I'll be quick but it may scar" she added closing up the wound. She got up and went towards Zadina "What are you doing cousin?" she asked beginning to worry

Itaka panted "Thats ok chicks dig scars" he said with a roar of pain as the nethicite was pulled out before he collapsed against the wall.
Oassu was puzzled "Not the same Zadina?"
Zadina glanced about "We left?! But Lord Narasaela wasn't finished! Gah!" he held his head in his hands "I can't believe I was defeated by you cretins" he said turning away from Alpha Satoshi and Hayate he spotted Felina "Felina....cousin" he said his voice taking a light tone but the darkness remained. "It's been such a long time since I saw you...but...why are you here? Didn't Narasaela capture you?" he said with a frown as he scratched his chin "oh well no matter I didn't much like his plans for you anyway" he glanced about the new surroundings "So would one of you idiots care to fill me in or should I force you to talk" he said conjuring up a ball of shadow and facing Alpha again.

"Narasaela screwed up and has fallen." Seph explained calmly "Your not going to get much information if you kill everyone"
Alpha nodded "I can sort of see what hes getting at. This is more the Zadina that attacked us. Where as the one you saw struggled to do anything" he muttered back to Oassu.
Hebal watched from afar wondering what was taking everyone so long.

Satoshi rolled her eyes "He never got the chance to finish so get over it and try to recover those missing memories"
"Surely you have noticed the change in his aura despite him being the same person" Hayate added to Oassu.
"For now you should rest" Felina mouthed to Itaka. She turned and frowned at Zadina "First of all calm down. Kurgan asked us if we would take you with us on our journey" she explained walking towards him.

Zadina sighed and calmly flicked through his book "So..Narasaela has failed has he?" he snapped the book shut "And Kurgan wants me to come with you" he pondered for a minute making the shadow ball disappear "Well I suppose I should accompany you then till I find that weakling Kurgan wherever he is!" he turned an ventured further down the cave "What are you waiting for?! Let's move!" he told Itaka who was still panting "Kid you have no idea how much I want to punch your little face in" he said.
Zadina rolled his eyes and flicked a finger up causing Itaka to levitate and follow him.
Oassu sighed "It must be the nethicite" he told Felina holding her hand "He'll turn back eventually.....ow wowowowowowowo" he said pulling his hand away as a small fire appeared on it. Zadina yelled back "I don't like the thought of a lowly human like you putting the so-called "moves" on my cousin!".
Oassu grumbled "the sooner the better"

"If its the nethicite talking then for now we should just humor him. We'll come up with a back up plan if he doesn't change back when we leave" Alpha whispered.
Seph nodded but said nothing for a moment "Lets just find out what caused that fiend for now" she eventually answered.
Habal reapproached the group now that they were moving forawrd and the nethicite had began to cool "Did I just miss something? You took a while to start-" she stopped in mid sentence upon noticing the sudden change surrounding Zadina.

"I hope sooner too" Felina gave Oassu an apologetic look when she was sure Zadina wasn't looking and carried on walking in silence.
"Yea you missed something. We'll fill you in later" Satoshi answered fighting the temptation to add that it was the viera's own fault that she had missed the information.
"Lets hope we don't have to go to such measures" Hayate concluded following Zadina further into the cave

Itaka got up on his feet and walked over to Seph and Satoshi "So Zadina ain't so cute now I'm guessing" he said taking his sword from Oassu.
Zadina stopped and walked back to the group "This little creature has been following me around" he said pointing to Cid in a bubble before rolling him towards Felina "I'd also like to know what we're doing here!"

Satoshi shrugged "This is the Zadina we first encountered. Perhaps you can now see why we weren't too keen on bringing him with us." she whispered.
Felina caught Cid's bubble with both hands "This little guy belongs to me and originally we just came here to explore but then we found strange fiends so decided to investigate further"

"Not that cute" Seph answered. "Do you need a hand? You look in pretty bad shape" she offered Itaka.
Hebal gave Zadina and odd look "We just defeated one of those fiends" she stated trying to work out in her head the possibilities for the change in personality. "Don't you like Cid? Or rabbits in general" she asked testing his reaction.
Alpha scratched his head "Somebody thought it would be clever to combine nethicite with a behemoth"

Zadina chuckled "I do like rabbits but I didn't know who he belonged to." he told Hebal before thinking a bit.
Oassu sighed stroking Cid a little "It would seem another party has been here before us and has brought large amounts of myst-infused nethicite with them and now they are seeking to fuse them into monsters to empower them."
Zadina smiled "An ingenious idea" he said flicking through his book to the nethicite page "Nethicite has high energy but powerful properties if it has any myst charged in it. Myst can be channeled via these stones to bestow power on the creature."
Itaka grinned at Seph "Nah I'm fine Seph, I'm as strong as an ox!" he said posing before recoiling and holding his shoulder "I can still walk and I've got one good sword arm at least but thanks anyway" he grunted.
Zadina noted Itaka "In fact I'm sure your friend there may start to develop some oddities in his arm as a result of having the nethicite jammed in it" he said matter-of-factly
"Oddities?" Itaka said worriedly
Zadina nodded "The power of Nethicite will spread through your nervous system eventually corrupting your entire body but your new body will be more powerful"
Itaka gritted his teeth "I don't want to be some mutagenic freak!" he yelled
Zadina frowned "If you like I will perform a small magical operation that can limit the infection to only your arm"
Itaka sighed and held his stabbed arm "Fine will I end up looking like Seph or Alpha?"
Zadina turned and continued walking "Your arm will probably take on somekind of demonic appearence but thats all"
Itaka turned to Seph "Looks like I'm going to have my own problems soon enough" he said noting a slight change of colour in his arm as it grew slighly lighter.
Zadina spun around again "None-the-less as much as I'd like to commend these Scientists it would appear they are a danger to us so we need to find them and anniahlate them"
Oassu frowned "We're not taking up their research afterwards you know and we aren't risking carrying that much nethicite on board while a Viera travels with us...it might also affect Chobi too"
Zadina pulled a disgruntled face "Fine since I'm stuck with you lot I'll obey your rules for now" he said folding his arms
